Sort of felt like I was entering a building where they would hold a super villain convention. The security guard was nice and there was decent parking but we noticed that most spots were full when we left. Definitely dated but perfectly fine for a medical building.

I have never, ever, had such a painful blood draw. Have draws annually from my PCP but he wasnt available for my timing. I should have waited, this place was a big mistake. Half a week later my arm still hurts and still bruised. These people are seriously incompetent. Never doing another test through Quest. Low quality untrained employees. I hope they didnt do real damage, seing my doc soon. I believe Quinisha or something like that was my nurse. Needs to go back to school.

I’ve personally never met such incompetent workers in my life.No knowledge about what does and doesn’t need to be in fasted state.On phone during job task.Also I got a bruise leaving this place.

Amazing service at the Southfield location. The young lady that drew my blood was very kind, professional and super friendly. I wish I would have remembered her name, she deserves all the recognition. Got in the same day, and had results the next. Very clean facility.

Most of the time I go here the phlebotomists are great. They had a floater there today who kept calling the printer “retarded” not knowing that I have a learning disability. Folx need some DEI training.

I had a fantastic experience at the Quest Diagnostics in Southfield, Michigan. The staff was kind, efficient, professional, and very skilled at their jobs. I had one of the most painless lab draws that I have had in a while which I really appreciated! Because I made an appointment online, the wait time was nonexistent. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and ample parking. Also the staff was very welcoming and put me at ease. It is very refreshing to actually be seen at your appointment time. Most places leave you waiting but not this location. Nothing beats prompt courteous service. I highly recommend this location

I really favor this location. The ladies here: Stacy, and I don't know the other womans name..I'm sorry, but they are both punctual, professional, and know what they are doing!! Super competent and kind. I'm in and out everytime I need to go there for lab work. They don't have difficulty finding my vein at all. I don't have to be poked multiple times and left with battle scars because of a techs incompetence. This location is the one to go to. Thanks ladies.

It’s really the kiosk that I don’t really like I was a walk in from my doctor yesterday so I signed it was twelve thirty my appointment they gave me was 2:20 that was way too long to be waiting the the lab worker helped me out and explained it to me why it does that but I got in way before 2:20 that needs to be better. Other than that everything was good. Mrs. Q that’s my girl she knows how to draw my blood from my small veins and know the type of needle to use on me I like her and her technique she use. You guys should really give her a raise for real. She was assisting the new lab tech that was there she didn’t know how to draw my blood. But Mrs. Q did. And she did that yes she did. PERIOD!

I liked being able to schedule an appointment online. When I arrived, I was surprised there wasn't a receptionist in the lobby but then impressed with the kiosk check-in process. Different staff members greeted me and my nurse was friendly. When I got home, I told my husband how impressed I was with the process.

Thank you to Stacy who saw me quickly and was so informative about all parts of my appointment while being kind and helpful. It was such a quick appointment I made it home in record time. She was so helpful in explaining how the insurance worked and what each test covered, which no one has taken the time to do before. I really appreciate all of her help- she saw my husband right after and he said she was just as helpful as when I saw her and I didn't bruise which is a miracle- great experience.
