The Reserve of Southfield is a typical apartment environment with a mixed crowd of overall good people. The leasing agent is absolutely loved, like family, very professional, sweet, fast, efficient, and communicates well, taking care of whatever is needed. The outside of the apartments are clean, look secure and quiet. Maintenance works hard, does the job correctly, and fixes problems within three days. Updates are needed, but it is clear they are working on things. One staff member, however, is noted as rude and does not acknowledge residents. For many, there are no major concerns living there.
I just wanna say thank God for the new management here in this building. I have been here for five years and I could definitely see a change. Thank you Lee and thank you Jakie.
