Great shop to go too, a shop you can trust hands down, it’s a 1 shop stop they do everything to body work to mechanic work, they communicate very good, there prices are good, they have the most experience mechanics there Tom took care of all my needs and wants, been working with Tom for 5/6 years now there’s nothing he can’t fix or do, best mechanic I’ve seen in years, very honest don’t up sale you he gets straight to the point and very knowledgeable, efficient! Go talk to Jeff and Tom good honest people!!!

Great shop and owner Chris is wonderful. Brought my wife's dodge journey in and he went above and beyond. Not only did he repair the entire passenger side for a great price but he touched up the fender and detailed the car without me asking. I will definitely use these people again. Treat yourselves guys and go to this shop!!!

I can’t recommend Jeff and his crew enough. I was in a tough spot after an accident and they took really good care of me. They handled everything from transporting the car from the tow yard and made sure to communicate well with me every step of the way. Don’t waste your time going to any other repair shop!!

The worst experience ever. I had a gas leak in my car and they told me the part was on national back order but they randomly had a friend that works at a dealership get them the part. I picked up my car on Friday, September 1. I asked the owner Chris will this happen to me again I drive pretty far places he laughed and told me no I’m good. On Monday, September 11 I had the same issue gas leak. They had the nerve to tell me that they didn’t get the part and it’s hard to get because it’s back ordered….so they just rebuilt the part instead of ordering a new one. It’s just very frustrating that they took X amount for fixing the car and the same thing happened and they told me they got the part but never really did. When they were talking to me they told me he would give me the full amount that I paid but didn’t and gave me half when he said he would tow my car for me to anywhere I wanted. Gas leaks are no joke and anything can happen to anyone while driving! Just be mindful for taking your car here.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

My family use this shop for all of our auto needs. Some of us even drive 30-45 minutes here just to have the work done so we know it will be done right! If you are looking to have anything done with your vehicle, I'd check them out as your first route.Services: Transmission

The owner of this place is a scammer and a crook. He acts like he’s cool with African Americans but he scams us. He over charged my insurance. Messed up my car. And didn’t fix it right. Took over 3 months with out a car. He’s a crookServices: Air & cabin filter replacement

Run the other way! My car was getting fixed and Jeff, the owner told me it would take 2 weeks to finish, but it ended up taking 7 weeks! Every time I would call to get an update, he would get upset and be extremely rude. Most times he would never call back or respond. Jeff, the owner said he accidentally ordered the wrong part (not sure how that even happens), and it would take longer than the 2 weeks originally said it would take. He apologized and said he would pay a rental fee for me to have a car until it was finished. Jeff said he called enterprise in Southfield and put the car under my name, and when I got there, enterprise made me pay for the rental car. They claimed (in writing) they would pay the rental fee once I turned the rental care back in. Now I can’t even get a call back. I’ve stopped into their auto shop to get the rental fee of $300 paid but Jeff would not come out, and I was told by his staff that Jeff (the owner) would get the invoice and have it paid. I have yet to get a response back. The worst part, (YES, it gets worse), I’ve only had my car back for a few short weeks and I’m experiencing problems with my car that I’ve never had before! I have to take it to another shop to get fixed! My car just stopped in the middle of the road. They’re big scammers. Do yourself a favor and run the other way before going to this shop. My car is fairly new and was covered by insurance, and I could have gone to any shop, but I chose this auto shop because it was close to my house, but it was a BIG mistake that has left me extremely frustrated.

Where do I begin? The scam begins with the tow truck driver. It’s a hustle to sell you into the great business that can run circles around dealerships at a lower cost. Once your vehicle is there, it’s in prison.The staff get extremely annoyed when you call about weekly updates after they insist on you calling about progress. They tend to ignore calls or refuse to call back even when they have your car for MONTHS.Upon returning the vehicle, the owner tells us he shouldn’t give us our vehicle back because of their beef with the insurance and them improperly repairing something on their end. Our car’s hood fit incorrectly and check engine/transmission lights stayed on. When asked about said issues, the body shop said the check lights will program themselves and it’s nothing to worry about after a week. 2.5 months later and multiple phone calls along with their refusal to fix any problems we’ve had with the vehicle, we’ve now had to go a certified dealership to fix everything they did wrong!DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS! Safer to use certified dealership with repair shops than a business willing to cut corners to make a profit and put your safety at risk. I don’t leave reviews but this company is most likely getting 4-5’s stars because of friends n family. Read all negative reviews before committing to this repair shop and you’ll change your mind.Services: Body & Trim
