Absolutely terrible customer service . While minding my business awaiting the teller giving me money she insulted me telling me by the way I like your hair better dark and then proceeded to pointed my license. I’ll be calling Monday to make a formal complaint in addition contacting corporate. No customer should experience treatment this. Someone should train better . The middle aged middle eastern woman was completed out of line today. I’ll be removing ALL of my money from pnc next week.

They don't answer the phone and a $90 state of Michigan check they won't cash. Like the State of Michigan bounces checks. Think it's time for a new bank. Been very dissatisfied with pnc for some time now.

Rude and slow tellers, very unhelpful minimum effort kind of service. And is being years like that, try to avoid it but is the closest to the office.

I came in to this branch (for the first time) around afternoon e.t. That will definitely be my last time going into that branch, both of the tellers who were in there were very rude. Never had that treatment in the other pnc banks that I went to.

Such slow service if the drive through is even open!!!20 minute wait for drive through transaction. Rude staffing....

The employees here are so rude. I scheduled an appointment and when I got there they told me the person I scheduled with Erica was in training and the rude manager Monica told me to try another location. this is bad for a new potential customer. I do not recommend this location.

Why have a drive thru line if you're not servicing it. I am just sitting in this line and it hasn't moved in 10 minutes. I'm not blaming the tellers. Its management.

My banker BRITNEY IS BETT THAN YOURS!!! She’s awesome fast and knowledgeable! I’m there at least 2 times a month handling my business and personal needs she does it for me every time! Best bank ever

Incredibly poor service. Went in and opened an account because i just moved and there's a branch right by my house. I gave them a check to deposit, it took the teller about ten minutes to finally give me a receipt for a simple deposit. Then a few hours later someone from PNC calls me and tells me that I owe them $25 to deposit this check, and I have to come BACK to the bank, to give them money, to take my money. What kind of service is this? If I want to pay a check cashing fee I'll just go to a liquor store. When I asked them to waive it since it was their mistake and honestly I just have no issue going somewhere else, they said they won't waive it. It's good to find out early that they're going to treat you poorly, so I just closed the account within days of opening it.
