Great service department! I was early for my appointment, they still took me then. The service advisor was very thorough and explained all the services I would be receiving. They were very friendly and quick. I will be returning and plan to purchase my next Toyota vehicle here.

Page emails coupons that are links. When you make your appointment and try to apply the linked coupon the link disappears and so does the discount. Found them to try and upsell by replacing my brakes that didn't need it and a couple of other things I don't remember. You need to know exactly what you need or they will make you fear for the welfare of your car

Purchased my vehicle at this dealership a few years back, and I return regularly to their Service Department because of the extraordinary customer service, use of Toyota parts and vehicle maintenance follow-up. Lorenzo is quite possibly one of the best of Page Toyota's representatives. He focuses on scheduling with customers' schedules prioritized. He's fair, and honest. The work I've had done has never left me second-guessing the quality of value. It's consistently good. The customer waiting area is large, clean and comfortable. A complimentary coffee automat is available for hot beverages while waiting. A nice touch. Glad I purchased here. Glad I maintain my vehicle here.

Page Toyota will try to charge you undisclosed fees if you try to buy out your lease!!! I received my purchase agreement from page Toyota and it was significantly different than my lease paperwork and lease buyout amount. When I called the finance department my phone calls were avoided, when I finally was able to talk to him (George) he pushed off onto salesman (Dean) who told me he didn't know anything to talk to finance. I had to call and talk to both managers financial and business. Do not purchase your lease from them call Toyota financial!! Save yourself a few thousand dollars for the minimal amount of work! Pages staff was rude and gave me a runaround and quite honestly shady how they do business. Before you purchase lease look closely at your lease agreement and purchase agreement and look up consumer lease act 1976! It's illegal to not disclose fees and make up charges as they see fit!!!! ... Also I remember during lease signing how pushy they were at end of trying to get me to purchase all the extra protection nonsense using scare tactics. Stay clear of Page Toyota!!!!
