I had such a great experience in this O’Reillys auto shop. My tellers name was Jacquelyn. She was absolutely very knowledgeable and had great customer service.. I wish that there were more people so helpful and kind as she was in Customer Service. Because of Jacquelyn, this is going to be my home store for any auto repairs and I also will recommend this place to anybody. My experience was absolutely phenomenal..

Tool rentals are helpful. You have to be careful about what you buy so you don't end up with throwaway generic replacements. They're okay for fluids like oils or filters if you know exactly what you want going in, and the parts are fine for common stuff but not as good quality or selection as some other spots...

I found this particular O'Reilly's store to be lacking in displayed merchandise, especially near the front. Do they have a lot of grab'n'run? I felt uneasy shopping there.

The fine gentleman there read my vehicle’s ODB2 codes for me, confirming my suspicion of a cylinder misfire. A new coil pack and spark plug, and I was on my way. After only a few minutes of figuring out how to change them out and I was up and running again.

Kimarhi was great! Just went into purchase a cabin filter and was welcomed with a smile. He was quick to help. I was out of the store in less than 2 minutes which I really appreciated. Didn’t even have to ask either. Very clean & welcoming environment and the other gentleman was nice too. I will be back!

Listen to me please, I had one of the best customer service experience in my life with Shawn at this location.I came in with an plate holder exchange, a 70lb. battery, and some old oil that need to be recycled. I didn't even expect a core charge on the battery because I didn't purchase the battery there. Well, I left there $10 richer, and the oil was taken care of. O'Reilly's look out for Shawn, he is the reason why you get repeat business. I won't go anywhere else.

They don't price match. I pulled a local competitor's price up on my phone & on two separate occasions, was denied the price match.During the first instance, I actually asked an employee if the store price matched before I picked out my items AND WAS TOLD YES!!!I got the same answer both times I was denied, and that was the price was too low.. Wouldn't it make sense to offer honoring whatever amount they saw acceptable instead of charging full price?Unfortunate because I like shopping here. The staff is usually cool and friendly. One staff member is pretty rude but she's easily avoidable. She'll never greet you or ask if you need help finding anything.Also to be clear, the price that I had found was an in-store price, and the competitor has it in stock. I actually placed my order for it online and I'm on my way to Advance Auto Parts in Clawson to pick it up right now. What a shame...Wondering why I'm rating five stars? It is simply because I shop here often and the people, for the most part, have heart. And this place carries evaporust hella cheap compared to anywhere else locally. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
