We love to board our Lab, Stella here. They take great care of her and she is so well adjusted when we pick her up. Stella is a senior dog, and they give her extra attention and don't mix her with the young pups. Stella loves it. Stella can't wait when we tell her she is going to the doggy hotel. We love the staff.

I have been bringing Lusie here for a little while now. Usually she is very shy/anxious around other people (she was a rescue at 8months) but she loves it here and we trust them with her.

A truly excellent experience! We have used the day care twice, boarded our dog once, and had her bathed as well. Great staff, a very reasonable price, and our dog loves it here!

Never thought we would have experience such unprofessionalism from the owner. This place used to be convenient so we used there services when we need a place for our fur baby to stay while we were vacationing for over 3 years. I have overlooked many things with this place including the weeds smell in the lobby area, and inconvenient request to pick up my fur baby early because the worker needed to leave early( multiple occasions). But being yelled at and called" You People" by the owner, I will not tolerate. I don't even like that I have to leave this review but I think people should know the type of owner that this place has and as I said I had never experienced this before so I was beyond surprised. I could go into the particulars but I will save you the time. It was all of a misunderstanding that could have been resolved professionally. Working in a service industry myself I true understand the stress that workers experience so I am very empathic. I am disappointment in the way Nick spoke to me, addressed me and my husband as we tried to calm him down. I guess some owners think they can treat there customers any way they want. Extremely disappointed.

The staff treats my dogs like family! Even though I only board them a few times a year, my dogs are greeted with a big hug and smiles upon arrival. I know my dogs are getting lots of love and attention during their stay. How I know that, is when I pack a bag with food, the dogs get excited, for they know where they are going. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my pets.

Hi, absolutely love Orchard Lake Pet resort, . They are amazing. Amber has never looked so good. She has gotten the best haircut ever and I would highly recommend them to anybody. That wants a really good haircut.

My mom and I have been taking our Shih Tzu's to Orchard Lake Pet Resort for quite some time. I have never seen a better haircut on my Shih Tzu. The owners are wonderful and so very nice. I've taken my dog to other groomers in the past, and I would never go anywhere else now that I go to Orchard Lake Pet Resort.
