Nick and his team have been wonderful in helping me get my wedding band made. I took in my late grandfathers ring to get melted down and fitted for me. When the fit wasn’t exact after the first try, Nick went out of his way to make sure that they adjusted the size to make it perfect for me free of charge. Highly recommend going there for any jewelry needs. 10/10

I had a very specific custom project I brought in to Norman's Jewelry. I inherited a sentimental opal pin that I never wore. It was custom designed into a gorgeous ring that I will forever cherish! Nick was very honest and helpful in all aspects of the service. I highly recommend this jewelry store for all your needs.

Went to Norman’s for a custom piece - Nicholas took his time with us, helped us pick out pieces that perfectly match our vision! Once we recieved the finished piece — the craftsmanship was impeccable, and the attention to detail was outstanding. Nicholas' expertise and patience made the entire experience perfect! Nick runs easily the best loan and custom jewelry store in the mid west. They are extremely nice and I would argue they know more about fine jewelry, watches, furs, and handbags than the manufacturers. I struggle to use the word "pawn" because right when you walk in, you will immediately feel the difference between them and any other "pawn" store you have ever been in.I highly recommend them and have been happy sending referral clients to them for over 10 years, they even custom designed my wife's engagement ring and wedding band.

Nick has an amazing selection of jewelry and designer items and the custom pieces are amazing. My friend worked with him to create the an engagement ring that perfectly matched the vision. I’ll be telling my future hubby to go there when the time is right :)

Fabulous experience working with Nick to create custom diamond earrings. 10/10 for communication, quality, price and timeliness. I have worked with other jewelers in the past and they never got it quite right. Nick was a great partner in bringing my vision to life from the beginning. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone who is new to custom work. I will definitely be back!
