Absolute scam and fraud company.Stay awayAfter being a customer for a couple years I tried adding a new hosting account & domain. It wouldn't work to connect. Support would say they'd need to check on it and get back to me then never would. I had to follow up day after day for over a week and eventually delete everything and start from scratch myself to resolve all the while they charged meThen the unauthorized charges started. $200 for overages while we hadn't received traffic yet, which they confirmed but then said they were charging me anyway.I canceled all services and started getting new services added. They applied 2FA and I couldn't access the account at all.I emailed reporting all of this as unauthorized & fraud ccing every publicly available email address forbidding charging my credit card and instructing them to shut down everything closing the account.I received no reply and we needed to follow up repeatedly to get a reply, which instead of doing as directed asked us to remove 2FA. Then proceeded to charge over $1200 of additional charges.A business partner described them as "the worst hosting & support service I've seen in 13 years of online marketing"Stay away from these trash scammers and don't expect any support.

They provided 50% offer on billing screen but then deducted the full amount, a horrific experience. Please double check everything before making a purchase otherwise you might also end up being upset. I am afraid , if our money will be refunded or not.

I would not recommend Nexcess to anyone after having used them for many years. Their customer service is poor, and they make it impossible to cancel your services and continue billing you even after you request cancellation.

I've used virtual hosting since the beginning. I moved all my sites to Nexcess. For Wordpress it's one of the best. scores an A.

Nexcess Support has been terrific. They are helpful and professional over the phone. We are using Nexcess to host over 11 sites and we've been with them over 5 years. Great Company.
