The manager a lady (i don’t remember her name) was very helpful and super friendly! I appreciated her helping me over the phone & being professional and quick! Closing my storage soon but I would use them again if needed !

Dejan has been very helpful and knowledgeable about facility operations. Office is always clean and staff has been very polite and positive. A very comfortable company to rent from.

I appreciate the Front Desk Agent Tasha. She is just amazing. I called the Southfield location because no one was answering at the location where I had a rental unit in Detroit..She stayed on the phone with me and called Management to see if someone could assist me, I apparently was trying to use the wrong closed door to get to the rental unit. Tasha helped me with a problem even though she worked at another Location. What amazing service. Thanks Tasha.

Came in and inquired the lady was very knowledgeable showed me 2 different sizes after storage hunting allday in this heat Tasha was the nicest one she greeted me with a smile and a water ?. I have 2 more places to go This place is my number 1 on service and number 2 for my budget. Great Customer Service is everything thank you ?

Me and my brother Sanders got a storage today and everything was smooth. Tasha's helped us all the way and everything was wonderful. We really like the help and national store. Just got five stars with us

Jack was amazing, friendly , welcoming and thorough from the moment I walked in the door. The storage facility was clean and bug free. He walked me through everything and gave me demonstration. 10/10 would definitely recommend to any and everyone.

PLEASANT AT THE SAME TIME. HE MADE SPENDING ? PLEASANT.
