I was in a dilemma my phone died and using Gps was at a loss . I went in and explained what happened and the assistant tried to help me ,getting his phone out and showing where I was and what I needed to do. The manager interjected and of course another young assistant. Together the charged my phone enough for me to make a call. My cord was defective and instead of charging me for a new one the manager gave me an extra one he had in his office. I was on my way to my gr.sons graduation ? Thanks to them I made it on time. Thank you all for your gracious actions, I really appreciate all you did, and all are my HEROES of the day. Nice clean well run spot. Thank you all❤️

Came here because it’s a 711 as well and the gas station across the street had its lights off so I thought it was closed… walked inside and walked around … NO help at all for about 5-10 mins. I mean no employee in sight. Good thing I didn’t want to steam because nobody would have noticed… anyways… went across the street to the shell and they ended up being open… won’t make the same mistake again. It’s early and I’m on my way to work. Don’t have time for employees sleeping in the back

Gas prices are pretty decent but I needed to throw trash away that was in my car and every trash can outside near the pumps is overflowing. I went inside to the 711 to buy water and the store is not clean, very messy and an overall disaster. The floor looks like it hasn’t been swept or cleaned in ages and the doors are sticky and dirty and covered in finger/hand prints. Next time I will go to the Shell station across Lahser.
