First trip was great. I thought this would be my go to metro. But since then same person , worse and worse service every time. I wouldn't recommend going here. Find another one.

The area wasn't pleasant the guy inside was nice but behind a huge plexi glass so I really wasn't comfortable I won't go back to this location on lasher an 9 mile .

I had purchased a set of headphones that went out on me a week later. Any other Metro would have never did anything like what Danny did for me this is a A1 store in my book☺️☺️

Danny is the man, to make your new purchase with, he is very knowledgeable, professional and believes in customer satisfaction! I had issues switching from an android device to a new iPhone it was all new technology for me but he showed me how to navigate throughout the process until I was able to do it myself! I will refer all of my family and friends to his store where I have been a customer for 5 years.

Went to 23135 Lasher Metro PCS close to Walgreens Owner told me that my 1100 approval wasn’t in the system anymore but it was still there, 2 other branches said it was a lie I am in the system , the guy with the dark black hair r me while I couldn’t really believe I wasn’t still in the system but 8 mile and evergreen said I was for 1 year until I’m read to buy a new cell phone, a friend told me about the apple store at The Mall at the apple Store Lord behold got approved for a great price for my super large beautiful phone. and a great beautiful low price monthly they took great care of me, never go to the end of the tail always go to the top, and that’s where Jesus sent me??

I used to go here often because it is close to my home. A couple of years ago, I went here to pay my Mom’s phone bill, and was told she would have to buy a whole new phone because they were “changing networks”, and the present phone would discontinue working in about a month. I asked about this at another Metro PCS, they hadn’t heard anything about it. Mom’s phone kept on working.About a year later, I went here to pay my own phone bill, and was told they were “changing the network” again and I’d need a new phone, or it would quit working in about a month. I didn’t buy the phone, the old one kept right on going.I came back here again about half a year ago when my phone quit working, he said it couldn’t be fixed and I’d need to buy a new one. I went to the Metro PCS at 8 mile and Lasher, they said the battery was really low. Some time on the charger and the phone was fine.Until two days ago when I went to check my messages and a recording came on to say my phone service was stopped for non payment. I had just paid a week and a half before, so I went back and asked what was happening. The guy said the phone was not repairable and I’d have to buy a new one. He would not give a refund for the phone bill I had paid. Again, I went from there to the good folks at 8 mile and Lasher, who were able to find a glitch in the system and got my phone working again at no charge.I don’t like to say bad things about people, but this guy’s a con artist, crook, hustler, swindler, flim-flammer, liar, cheat, etc. etc..I’d like to upgrade my phone, I’ll be going to 8 mile and Lasher.

Dani was so helpful and pleasant. He walked me through my new IPhone set up and even transferred my contacts and photos. So glad he was working. Something that would have taken me days to figure out was accomplished in a matter of minutes. Thanks again Dani.

I walked in to pay a bill and Dani & Jay were both being very greeting and helpful. Totally great crew! Best service in the game! P.S. ........ Dani I will be back to trade in my phone! :D

Every time my family and I have come to this store we've been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. they have been very helpful to me personally because I am rather computer illiterate to some degree. Probably the most helpful thing that Danny did for me was to help me retrieve my contacts and messages due to the fact that I lost my phone recently. Without that information it would be difficult to carry on my rental business. He and his coworkers have always given us some type of discount on all of the products we have bought.
