I asked for a them to put a new screen protector on my phone its normally $10 well the owner couldn't put it on right and broke a couple screens. Well when he finally got it like 10 minutes later he charged me $20. It's not my fault he sucks at it and he shouldn't charge me for his fat hands. I will never go back there

The older man who has been working here for fifteen years STILL can't figure out how to apply the Affordable Connectivity discount. He just delegates it off to co-workers who aren't even around.I've been up here twice now to get this done.

BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!!! Selena was awesome! Not only sold me a reasonable phone but fixed tech issues with both my husband and my phone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else EVER for a phone! This y’s the place to go! Thank you, Salena!!!!

After experiencing difficulty at a different location, I brought my In-Law to thus location. Dominique IS an ALL PRO! Watching her assist multiple people while handling her primary customer is a testament to how professional and experienced she is working with the people.My father had an issue and Dominique told him it would take some time. She did an outstanding job of setting an expectation and blowing it out the water. He was ecstatic to halve his new device activated in less than ten minutes.Thank you all!

No help and don’t offer any deals and horrible customer service. Metro customer service representative sent me to the store to use my free phone option and unlock my online account. But when I arrived and spoken to the store owner he advise no phones were free and he did not need my I’d to access my accounts online when I’m the one needed access to my own account. 3 rd dealing with metro mess when trying to recover my account after my phone was stolen and accounts hacked into. Plus someone keeps calling and Changing my pin.

Fast friendly service. Very clean store. Well laid out displays with prices marked on phones. They sell phones, tablets, and accessories. Cheap pre-paid plans if you just need talk, text, and data. Free entry level phones available with most plans. Bells and whistles available for extra $. Good place to go if you are on a tight budget. They offer 4 lines for $100 (talk, text, and data) family plan. Been with them for maybe 20 years and never had a call dropped. Good coverage.

Brought phone, owner game me a generic receipt only a total and taxes, no mention of merchandise was on the receipt. I haven't been to that store in years, Now I'm remembering why.

This is the absolute best metro pcs location hands down. Thanks so much for upgrading my mom’s phone and helping her add apps, transfer her old info and just being great!
