There is a reason this pharmacy has a 2.3 average, they are horrible. They are extremely judgemental of their patients and will make you jump through hoops to get your medication. I had to go three days without my blood pressure medication because of their incompetence.

Beyond terrible service. The receptionist refused to acknowledge if any scripts were called in. When asked if they even have any abx she states "we can't give you our inventory info". If you cannot provide inventory info to the health care provider what is the point of your pharmacy??!!

I miss the old staff! I was in line to pickup my script. I saw nothing but smiles till I got up. I had never seen that particular staff before. I think her name started with L. Apparently, my ethnic tan skin wasn't dark enough for her to greet me with the same smile. Absolute disrespectful and discrimination! Shame on her!

Customer service/ patient care / politeness / kindness all lacking at this specific meijer pharmacy. The techs are honestly just rude. I’m so disappointed every time I’ve try to get my monthly medications.

Pharmacy tech Paris blatantly lies to your face when asked a question regarding your own personal prescriptions because you can tell she would rather not deal with it. This pharmacy consistantly lies about calling your doctor and leaving them messages. Unprofessional and terrible attitudes. If you hate your job that much, its probably time for you to look into a new career path.

Very rude pharmacy staff. There is a nationwide shortage of ADHD drugs, and they treat me like a criminal for calling to check their stock. Not helpful or friendly.

My entire family uses this pharmacy because of the rewards we get to use in-store, but I've definitely noticed that the treatment and attitude you get from the staff depends on the type of medication you are picking up. There is some seriously judgmental behavior going on when I pick up some of my prescriptions, and other times the staff acts totally pleasant.

It’s a very nice and communal place to shop at but unfortunately the new policy regarding gun free zone is gonna have me never shop at Meijer. In fact, I witnessed someone being stabbed in one of the ailes, and I refuse to be a victim while I can defend myself.

3 years ago I switched from another big chain for my prescriptions I've had nothing but very good service, good pricing, and courteous service. When there was a high cost drug I took short term they found a creative way to reduce the cost without using my insurance. All above board just another way to handle that the pharmacist/attendant was aware of. The mobile app is very convenient and reliable. Some issues a couple years ago but it's fine for the recent history Never a long wait and if something is not in stock they get it quickly I recommend

What a horrible pharmacy to deal with. Cant figure out how to fill scripts confused or flat out losing them. Unable to understand even how to fulfill medications.
