Scheduled a test drive via text and phone call (Amanda) after work on a Thursday at 6pm. Spent time with the sales consultant (Michail) and sales manager (Matt) until 9:30pm test driving cars, getting a trade in. Slur, and reviewing available used car inventory, car faxes, etc provided by them. Upon finding the right car, they prepared everything themselves Friday and had the car and paperwork ready to go Saturday with the finance manager Steve. No pushy sales, thorough explanations of cars, differences, warranties (included from original manufacturer, include with CPO, and optional with purchase), and comparisons of cost/monthly payments throughout the process with everyone. Extremely happy with the process of everything and the vehicle itself!

JR Bowers is THE MAN who delivers consistent excellent service. My car simply would not start. He diagnosed the root cause over the phone, suggested how to proceed in order to reach the dealership, AND received me without an appointment.Given that the repair was going to take long, he arranged for a Lyft to take me home and bring me back (no loaners available).And of course he followed up during and after the repair to explain what happened, what was going to be done and the outcome.Excellent service.

I've been driving Lexus on and off since 2002 and have only purchased from this dealership. 21 years later, they are still the gold standard in high-quality service. From the service I received from Amanda, the internet liaison, to the sales and management team of Wayne, Joe and Matt, I couldn't have had a better experience except it were free. I'd recommend them ?.

I went in to the dealership for a tire rotation and was assisted by JR. As usual he was friendly, and serviced my needs in a timely manner! It’s such great customer service here, and I would highly recommend all my friends and family to visit Meade Lexus for all their maintenance needs on their Lexus, and if they are shopping for a new vehicle this is the place to go!

My experience with Meade Lexus was a great one. I started with an online application, due to my work hours and theirs. Amanda E, was so helpful with getting my information and assigning me to Karen. Karen was so amazing, she kept me informed every step of the way. She dealt with my crazy work schedule and was positive the whole time. When I walked into Meade of Southfield, everyone was so friendly, even knowing I was Karen’s client, they were still so hospitable. The young lady, who gave me a tutorial of all the gadgets in the car, was so friendly I felt like I knew her for years. From the front desk receptionist to the gentlemen that were wiping the rain off my car, everyone was helpful and friendly. They seemed happy with their jobs which made me feel good, that I was in the right place. I’ll see you guys in a couple of years for an upgrade ?

Joe was a great person to work with and made the process easy as well as exciting. The atmosphere and environment was friendly. Everyone I interacted with while at Lexus was super nice and easy going. My overall experience was great. However, I had problem with one person while visiting the dealership and that’s because he was a Michigan fan. As a Buckeye, I find that highly unacceptable. Other than that, I strongly recommend.

I got 4 new Michelin tires. I came to replace lid for my center console which they told me they had in stock, but later said they didn’t have it stock. So I have to come back. I left with new tires with a “low tire pressure” light on my dash. I hope this isn’t a continuous problem with the light on. The tires don’t look flat. I’ll put air in tomorrow but don’t know which one? That’s why I gave 4 star.

JR Bowers at Meade Lexus is absolutely, undoubtedly the best service advisor at Meade. He not only exemplifies above and beyond service but does so with outstanding connection and customer engagement. He is truly leadership material and I applaud him for his efforts and wish him bigger and better roles!!

DO NOT GO THEREVery unprofessional dealing and service. They sold me a defective vehicle. Within six months I have to spend more than 4k.After 3 days of the purchase I had to change all 4 tires cuz they got flat in the middle of the road at 8:00 pm in a stormy night and my teen daughter was coming back from school. The Lexus Meade dealership owner refused to take the responsibility and showed me a fake ? satisfaction inspection certificate. He was very rude. After six months the brakes are gone , fuel tank has an issue and some other issues are coming up.My child only drives it to school. It became a nightmare for her. I made a huge mistake to choose Lexus Meade.NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE ??????????

This was the most pleasurable experience I've ever had choosing a new vehicle. The team here are really like a family. Everyone and I mean EVERYONE was helpful and friendly and inviting--even though it wasn't their sale. I was extremely happy with the way Matt (Previously Owned Vehicle Manager) greeted me and got me over to Michael (New Car Manager, I think) who answered all my questions and prepped me for the real star of the show: my awesome sales professional Michail K! I couldn't sing praises higher if I wanted to. The Technology Professional was so patient and thorough with me when explaining all the bells and whistles on the car and Carlton (I hope I'm remembering correctly ) was a complete professional and gentleman when he happened to see a single smudge on my new vehicle when we were standing outside. He went in and found some cleaning agent and wiped it for me. And guess what? He doesn't even work in the detail shop! I wasn't too sold on the Lexus brand before but just to be handled again by these awesome individuals is enough to make me look forward to my next purchase from Meade. See you guys in 2-3 years!!Taniesha??❤️

Excellent service. This is especially true largely due to follow up calls and post care information provided by Chris on ongoing issues with outside vendor services. Chris is a pleasure to work with and he is a valuable asset to this organization. A huge thank you to him and to Meade for going above and beyond always in customer care!

Had my car in for warranty work and while st the dealership the service manager suggested I get my tires rotated as it was pretty close fir that service to come due. I really appreciated not only the suggestion but working me into their busy schedule quickly. Everyone was super helpful. This was my first time at Meade Lexus and I will be a returning customer for the great service!! I highly recommend them.

Wowwwwww......The video of services provided, is a Top Notch feature!!! As if I couldn't love this place any more, you guys continue to amaze me. No other dealership, (to my knowledge) does this.
