Mays Multimedia company did an INCREDIBLE job. I was stunned. The memorial service programs I ordered were well-done, so fresh and modern with just enough of a classic touch - so much better than I was even hoping for. Impeccable quality!Excellent customer service and incredible value. Filling out the request form was so easy and efficient. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

I had such a great experience with MAYS/MCS. I had an event on Valentine's Day that I needed professional labels for last minute. I reached out on 2/13, they got back to me at 1 pm and had my labels ready for pick up by 3 pm. They really saved me and made sure they knew exactly what I needed and it didn't break my bank ( I was on a budget). I'm so grateful and my labels look great. My business partner and I have decided to work with them exclusively moving forward.

COULDN'T BE HAPPIER.First, this review is 10 months in the making. I was first introduced to Mays through a mutual friend who's been using their services for ages. I was super dissatisfied with FedEx Kinkos, who absolutely did not do a professional job with my order. They left me with materials that were uneven, uncropped, lackluster in color, had improper edges with the margins still visible. I knew I needed something better.I ordered brochures with Mays and couldn't be happier with the quality. It matches the level of service I provide; and if you're a business owner, you know how important this is. I was able to email Elizabeth and the team to express my concerns with FedEx. The listened; gave me a chance to explain what I wanted and walked me throguh what each of the finishes meant. Before completing the order they even followed up to ensure the colors would be to my liking (more green-blue, or blue-blue). This level of detail is so appreciated.I reordered and reordered through Mays, eventually moving into other types of materials. I've done rounds of brochures, flyers, magnents, and, finally, business cards *the holy grail*. Turnaround time can be very short, too, as little as 2 days.Absolute best in the game. Love supporting this woman-owned Detroit business.

Recently, MCS Multimedia did the obituary for my Father's Funeral. The owner, Elizabeth Mays was very compassionate and very personable throughout this process. My Father's obitary was beautifully made where Elizabeth and her staff made sure that my vision came to life with the picture and the information that I provided her. I would highly recommend using MCS Multimedia again because of the great service that they provided me and in addition to the fact that they offer a wide range of other printing amenities.
