Just horrible! My crew had broken a storm door glass and I paid for the new replacement window 3 weeks ago, was told it would be in on this date. Client has called me every week to verify that the door glass was going to be installed the day it showed up after patiently waiting. I called the store every time she have messaged me about the door glass and was told “yes it would be delivered to the store on 6/11 . We it’s 6/11 and was told no one put the order in. Thanks Lowe’s employees for letting me down and me client that I’ve mislead for 3 weeks now also. You are horrible and will never return to a Lowe’s again. Had to give one star unwillingly just to post!

They make the process of buying doors very hard. So unorganized, can’t even book a mesurment without stopping in the store.
I moved forward with Home Depot, smooth, faster and easier process.
This was my very first ever project with Lowe’s, never again.

Great selection, the store was quite clean and not particularly crowded on a Saturday morning. Prices and selection are about the same as H*** D****, the sale prices are very good, and the sale items are readily available in stock. The garden center is beautiful and well stocked. Annuals are available here at the end of April because that's what everyone else is doing. But if you plant those annuals now, you'll be back again in late May to repurchase and replace them following the almost inevitable frost or freeze.

We tried to purchase a comodo Joe grill for Easter. We placed an order 3 weeks before Easter, to ensure our grill would be assembled before the holiday. We went to Eastern. Market and bought over $600 worth of meat to grill for our family.
Lowe’s kept saying they would have their assemblers put together our grill. We called everyday and they kept putting it off to the next person. Eventually Easter rolls around, and our grill was not ever assembled. In fact, we were told that it would be done two days after Easter if we could just wait. Tuesday comes and I call to make sure it was assembled. It was assembled, and Allen told us to go ahead and come and get it for a full swap considering the floor model they sent home with the week before was cracked from head to toe, and was missing the grill basket and all of the accessories. We were told it was fine to swap considering we have been waiting almost an entire month for the $700 product we originally purchased. My disabled veteran husband had now drove and hour there and back 3 times to be turned away because the comodo Joe we originally purchased was on my father in laws credit card. We were never told that this was going to be an issue because Allen said that floor model should have never left the floor in the condition it was in. They finally assembled our grill but now they won’t let us have it. We said screw it and put the money back on his dads credit card. They could do that but couldn’t swap out the grill for the one we purchased without my father in law there? Does that make any freaking sense??? Holy crap. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!

4 out of 4 amazing employees who were helpful, friendly, smiling & made me want to come back, because I felt welcome & that my business was important to them! That's Very important to me! I go out of my way to patronize places that treat me like they are genuinely glad that I came!! I will return!! ?
