Garden center had good selection of indoor and outdoor plants. Employees were friendly and courteous, and the facility was clean and conveniently located with ample parking.

The appliance dept employee told me he could not get the item I wanted. No explanation other than he could not get it. I asked if it was out of stock, and he said ok. I saw on the screen where it showed 20 in stock at vendor. This was an online order. I left and went to another store and they ordered it for me without an issue. Southfield store has poor customer service, but I went against my better judgement and gave it a try. Never again ! This was a Caucasian male, did not remember his name. This occured on 10/16/23 around 1:40 pm. So sad.

Many employees around to get directions and they are super helpful and friendly.Good service. The employees know the inventory, and are eager to help you out with any project you might describe to them.Lowes as a chain is incredibly convenient and has a massive selection of products:Home appliances, building materials, paint, plumbing, flooring, plants, houseware, furniture, home decor.Everything you need to build a home.Great range of prices.If you have a personal project, checking if Lowes has it will save you a lot of hassle.(Lowes is a corporate/franchise company. Talking about a specific Lowes store means talking about Lowes as a whole.)

Called this particular establishment on four different occasions. First, I was met with an incompetent worker when I called and inquired about wood dowels 10 x 40 MM then after sitting on hold for 31 minutes I ended up having the call ended while being on hold for someone from the wood department to go ahead and answer my question because the woman at customer service was too incompetent to answer the question then following that second phone call I called back for a third time I asked to speak to a supervisor I was placed on the phone with a man under the name Jeff, who claims he is management With that being said, I gave them the exact measurements of what it was, that I was looking for he paused for about one or two minutes then said "yes, we have them in stock" and things of that nature. I then proceeded to come to this particular establishment and I was met with lies. There arent any here in the stock with those exact measurements so with that being said, it is highly not recommended because they're freaking incompetent. With all this being said Shop at HOME DEPOT they literally fixed my issue in under 3 minutes.

The Touch of Class LLC is delivering for Lowes. In over 20 years I have never had a delivery so messed up and damage to my property. I know Lowe's is short handed but I would rather wait than them using this company. The first delivery person did not know how to take doors from frig so it could fit through doorway. Stove was hooked up but couldn't figure out to turn gas back on! Also damaged new tile with scrapes from stove, scraped washer on white washer on black front door instead of bringing in back door which led straight to basement, strip of molding scraped and one completely broken in pieces! Delivered dryer and did not hook up. It was going in same place an original dryer had been but they claimed gas line needed to be some placed closer!Redelivered frig and now doors are damaged. Scheduled another redelivery and was notified same day that they were delivering to my old address of 2 years ago in Illinois!!! So once again rescheduled!! How can you exchange something from an address that you haven't delivered to. This is ridiculous!!Also if this company does not pay damages I have to go get estimates to submit and then submit Lowes claim department!

Ordered an interior and storm door in 2022. Installed November 2022. Interior door damaged, and reorderEd. January 26, 2023, reorder interior door installed unsatisfactory and storm door damaged. It's March 10th and I am still waiting for resolution. Follow-up is mines and not Lowes. Highly disappointed. Follow-up has been with install, corporate and the store. March 5th visited the door, followup March 6th, Elite Doors, the installer to reach out, to assess, still waiting but let me not mention they came out Feb 2nd to assess.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an online order with curbside pickup. When you pull into the spot you check in and include your spot number. After waiting over 20 minutes I called the store number listed and it was not answered. I then went inside the store to find there were only 2 employees working at the customer service desk and there was a line of customers waiting. The 2 employees clearly looked overworked and annoyed with their jobs. Some of the customers began going into the store and getting their own items because the employees couldn't find them. I will stick with Home Depot.
