I want to thank the employees at this pharmacy for being kind to me during a moment when my attitude wasn't the best. I appreciate both ladies for being kind, and making sure that my wallet was returned to me. I'm definitely very grateful for their help!

I love this store Oh goody!!!! Had my first second third fourth and fifth and 6th 7th 8th 9th Oh gosh my husband works a lot. Is it okay if I move in? This place feels so much like home. But i think I saw a lady/... ojh goody thats not school appropriate...

Love this Kroger so much simply because the staff are THE BEST. however, I can only give 2 stars because from a customer’s viewpoint, the store manager is not nice. I don’t want any other manager to get thrown under the bus with this comment so to specify it’s the elderly male who wears purple shirts, has dirty white hair/beard/mustache, and wears glasses.I have seen him talk down to staff and treat them poorly and then he laughs about it while walking away. He is so off putting it makes me not want to go to this store because I hate puking in my mouth every time I see him.

This is probably the worst Kroger in Michigan. While other stores were updated, this store was partially done. The smell of something spoiled or rotten is pungent throughout the entire store. The shelves are always bare, and the floors a filthy. I live less than one mile from this store and I can't stand the thought of shopping at this location. It is extremely nasty, dirty and the staff is not friendly. They talk to each other, but they don't acknowledge the customers. Southfield residents deserve better!

I only come here in a pinch. Most of the workers have bad attitudes and act like they don't want to be bothered so ASK NO QUESTIONS. Lately, the deli isn't open to just walk up and buy anything. I guess you have to call your order in now. I NEVER buy from their fresh fish counter because on more than one occasion I have gotten bad seafood. I'm not sure why this store isn't stocked up, but EVERYDAY it looks like stores did during Clemens covid first hit. Their shelves are basically near most times. So, I normally shop elsewhere and only come here for quick items like bread, eggs, milk or sugar. Lastly, it's ALWAYS DIRTY. I don't know when or if anyone EVER mops.

I don't get why this Kroger has so many negative reviews. I get it. It is not as big as the one in Troy or the one on Stephenson highway. They are not the same. This has always been a solid location for me to pick up the basics. Granted, if I am looking for specialty items, I do not come here. I also need to point out I have never had a bad experience stopping in here over the last 20 years. I need to stop referring to this place as ghetto Kroger. I have had a great customer experience here. I don't recall a time where I had terrible customer service here. But I can tell you more than one time at the other bigger stores. Anywho this Kroger is awesome.

This location is the most terrible location I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. I cannot tell you how racist the employees are towards white people. Every time I been to the meat counter and wait my turn, I am ignored and the staff behind the counter only help other black people. Finally today, another white customer and myself were patiently waiting and once again, disregarded while other black customers were being helped and it was not their turn. The one customer walked away, so I finally spoke up and said "sir, it was our turn and you have been skipping us" what was his response? "Sounds like a white person problem and not my problem" . So there you have it. The color of my skin has everything to do with the way I am treated here. I will never again in my life step foot in this disgusting market.

Good food but sometimes the can and bottle return gets full and shuts down early, and it closes earlier anyway (8 pm) Service is pretty good here, and people wear masks as they should. Lots of vegan options! More than I expected

I did a Click list pick-up. Everyone was so polite, wore masks, and worked efficiently as a team. My former store is closed, so this has been a nice change of atmosphere.

Ordered pickup at 4pm. They call and say delayed until 7. Ok no big deal. Show up at 7 and here over an hour. They keep saying. "Oh it's coming, it's coming." Several people have pulled in after me and already got their order. I've been here over an hour. Lady just said, "Oh, they're working on YOUR order." It's hard to convey the tone but it seemed to be some allusion to what I ordered??? Don't understand. Wasn't that big an order or weird. For god sakes I didn't even order toilet paper!!! Was mostly fresh and some bread. I even said they could substitute anything.

Stopped on our way home since most of not all of the smaller shops were closed after dinner time. Went in for some basic weekly staples. They had everything we wanted. It would be nice if they had some of the artisan specialty breads the Kroger marketplaces usually have. The tomatoes were picked over somewhat and a bit underripe for the majority. I couldn't find one small baby spinach container and the big one is too big for two is us to get through in a week. We do like their turkey bacon, tastes good. We stock up on them since we use them for several recipes during the week.

This pharmacy is not reliable. They were out of stock of a routine Rx for days. Had to transfer it elsewhere.

Today after 30 years of shopping at this location, I experienced the worst customer service. I came in to purchase a few items and return 12 bottles that could not be return to any other store due to them not carrying the product. There was a man with a large basket filled with glass bottle using the only return for glass. I ask the customer service department to accept them for me, which they refused because the machine was not broken. If I had stood them all the time it would take him to insert his entire basket full of bottles, the machine would be full. Apparently Customer Service does not stand for customer service. I will be making my purchases from another chain and may be inclined to move my prescriptions that I fill each month.
