This place was very welcoming. I've been natural for a while and decided I would go into my next trip around the sun differently. My MIL referred me to this place. I made my next appointment before I left. Staff was so sweet. The type of atmosphere you can bring your children and your grandma. Very classy, and they attended to me very well. Offered bottle water coffee, let me use their charger. All a good experience.

Friendly staff, Clean & beautiful establishment, Good work (hair styles). But Customer Service - Disappointing. Mother raved about this salon and the owner so I gave it a try. I thought I had finally found a new hair stylist or so I thought. I've had two appointments and I was satisfied with my results but I haven't had any luck with booking regular appointments. I called and text the stylist. No response. I sent another text reminding her and wishing and praying that all was well with her because I had yet to hear back. Again. No reply. I waited patiently (a month) giving her the benefit but still nothing. Tried one last time and I didn't want to stalk or harass but I was trying to become a regular client. She finally responded and said that she would get me in. Sadly. She never called back to book my appointment. And my mother even tried to get an appointment with the owner. But to no surprise. My mom never received any form of response on her end either.Customer Service is Terrible nowadays. I miss the ole days (like 30 years ago) where people were professional and considerate. People/Businesses are just to busy to be concerned with business etiquette known as customer service and professionalism.Services: Shampoo & conditioning

Beautiful place with ample amount of room. Unfortunately, my trim was a full blown cut and my hair has heat damage. It's so bad after just a week, that my hair is coming out in globs and I'm crying my eyes out. Read that another customer had the same concern as well. They seem nice but I will not return here again. You ruined my hair of being natural and all of my length that took 15 years.

I love going to Kream SalonThe interior is so unique and refreshing...not like an ordinary salon. My beautician does an awesome job with my hair. I always get compliments on my haircut.
