I believe it’s terrible that the guys that are doing the hardest part of the job which is sitting in the heat and drying off the cars and sitting in the tunnel, washing down the cars have to put all their tips in a box for the entirety of the staff to share. If one of the guys cleans and drives the car more efficiently he should retain all his tips. Furthermore, at the kiosk, asking for tips seems arbitrary.? who am I even tipping at this point the company or the staff. As well if I tip at the kiosk, I have guilt and feel like I have to tip again at the end, obviously obviously the company acknowledges this, and I believe it’s a tactic to as much money as they can. I understand this is a capitalistic country and companies like jacks only care to make as much money as they can. From a business standpoint, the car wash is fine and seems to be well ran but every time I come to this car wash it feels morally wrong and I do have a sense of guilt for how the staff seem to be paid.

Worst customer service ever! When you let them know of cancelling a membership! They don’t keep charging you month and month over and if they do cancel without using their service the manager from the main branch argues with you and doesn’t provide you with a refund! Worst customer service ever also car wash as it leaves scratches on the car!

I love the Southfield Jax on 10 Mile. The guys do great work, very professional and honest workers. One time I had mud still in my truck's wheelwells after a first wash and the guys drying told me to run it through again. Now that's valuing your customer!

I am a little disappointed with the last visit. While vacuuming, the lanes closed. The system had to reboot with 30 cars in the lot, with no time frame of how long that could be. No one wanted to move. All had to exit out the entrance. Total chaos.
