I struggle with keeping my membership active because they either do a lousy job or you get there and they tell you full service is closed for the day. This has happened to me twice during the week and on the weekends as well. And no, it wasn’t raining . It’s really almost like it’s just better than nothing at all. I have 2 small children that make a mess all the time so I have to have my vehicle cleaned continuously. Everytime I’m here, I have to tell them to clean on the sides of the seats or get the spaces by the door handles . They leave crumbs in my vehicle and sometimes don’t do a good vacuum either . I literally have to try to do a quick look over before I pull off. It’s always crowded so I can never look it over a long time without feeling like I’m holding up the line . I’m gonna look for a new full service location. This one just isn’t it . I’ve asked several times especially once they tell me they’re down for the day after I’ve wasted gas coming there. They tell me another location to try but then once I get there, they tell me they only do exterior . SMH bad customer service all the way around . I may just need to cancel my membership and go elsewhere.

I had spilled a full cup of cold brew coffee all over my driver seat, floor, and center consul area. I called around to a few car washes and no one would take me without an appointment. I found this location on Google and spoke to Derek (the manager). Without any hesitation, he took my truck in and deep cleaned it right away even though it was about to storm outside. The car wash typically closes in rain conditions. I drove out of my way because Derek said I could come in and they would handle the coffee spill. I was so happy to see that he personally deep cleaned my car and I got it back spotless! I will definitely make the drive to this location moving forward because of the genuine care Derek and his staff put into my truck.

NOT WORTH $10 bucks by far. Car always still dirty and not touched in the back. I always go back and give it a second chance but it's always the same. I give up. You'll be better off going to a $4.99 wash and drying it off yourself.

$14 for the second to lowest wash option and my car is still covered in soap when I get out?! The automated system even asked for a tip up front?! How does an automatic car wash not rinse a car enough to get all the soap off? I have to assume that that means every car coming out still has soap on it. I had to dry the car off myself and try to get the soap off with the towel. I had in my car as best I could. I’m not sure how this place has any repeat business if you can’t even rinse the soap off, probably the most basic function of a car wash there is. The next newest review shows the exact same problem and was from two months ago.

A very overpriced car wash, $18 does not clean your car well. Didn’t even apply tire shine to my tires that I paid for today. Didn’t realize it until I got home and had to do it myself. You also have to clean a decent amount of dirt off your car after as well, I do not recommend this car wash.

I have been using this location lately, just because it’s close to the office. Every time, the same thing. No one scrubs the car down and the back trunk and bumper area dry with a dirty, drippy film and it simply does not look clean. It isn’t clean. It just looks like it hasn’t been washed recently, and I need to go to a different carwash. Refund, please?

Tuesday I was in the Southfield area and decided to try a new Jax location. I just came back from up north after labor day and my car was Covered in bugs and mud..Derrick took his time and did an excellent job removing all of the stuff from my car!
