I came in to buy juice and soup, store employee profiled me and waited a small distance from the register till I paid for my items and returned to the back as I got my bags and I will not shop there again, I will not spend my money with people who do not respect the community they serve.

The staff with my experience was very nice. The prices are comparable and the selection is vast. It’s my go to market anytime I can’t find what I’m looking for. I love their normal size chicken wings!!

I see all the bad reviews but I've never had a bad experience here. Meat prices are decent. I'm happy they don't have the jumbo chicken wings that look fake. Lol.

Great place to find smoked wings and chicken wings. The quality of the food is great. I live in West Bloomfield, but I always swing by Imperial fresh during the holiday because I can find what I’m looking for without the long lines. My experience has been great.

The meat always expires super fast after I buy it. They are overpriced indeed. Go somewhere else to use your wic benefits.

Their prices are higher than most stores they don't care ,their customer service sucks they are just in our neighborhood to get rich.Not courteous at the brothers they just stare no customer service manners at all.They have a small sale now and then buy prices are raised higher .

These people in this store are beyond rude. The African American female cashier with glasses is nasty rude and unfriendly. The middle eastern women working there aren’t as bad but they’re rude too. Store is very small and limited, staff don’t greet Or assist customers. The cashiers stand at the checkout aisles scowling and acting like they don’t want your business. I work in the plaza and thought it’d be convenient after work to stop in, but to avoid an inevitable confrontation I won’t be back

It is a Big lie that they say store open at 8am . Prices are super high the staff is okay , it's the only place where I can find my beef bacon ? since I don't eat pork.

Imperial Supermarket stole my WIC benefits, I entered into the store I requested a balance from the Cashier I had 4 gallons of milk, 3LBs of Cheese 2 dozen eggs, 3 juice’s, 36oz of cereal 47.00$ worth of fruit and vegetables. The cashier didn’t knoW what she was doing I stood in line for over and hour while she try to Rectify the error she made. She couldn’t the Manager couldn’t do that told me it was my fault, they kept all my groceries and didn’t refund me my WIC benefits. When I exited the store my balance read 3 gallons of milk 0 pounds of cheese ,0 eggs , 0 cereal, 42.36 $ worth of fruit and vegetables , 0 juice.I’m never shopping there again the are racist.

My favorite store to shop at. Very clean and very good deals every time i go there. Bought case of chicken wings at 8 mile Foodland for $90 and next day I came to this store i asked for case of chicken wings and it was $70 for 40 pounds. Prices are very high every where right now. Bag of chips was $2 before pandamic. Now it cost $4 $5 a bag. This is where I always do my shopping from now on.

That stupid store associate Nada didn’t give me my bags in fact she tried to blame me for forgetting it when she hid it herself under her bagging table. I’m reporting this location and store to the Better Business Bureau ASAP. The store associates have horrible attitudes and it’s filthy. I’m going to make sure if I don’t get this place shut down at the least, Nada needs to be fired. I was so polite to evil woman and she still have me a hard time. And if anybody tries to disagree pull up the camera footage from 4:15pm on June 7th 2022. And watch how she tries to involve other customers who are simply trying to checkout. Delusional woman. Horrible store.
