I can't recommend Greenfield enough. They're always so helpful when something comes up, make it easy to talk to someone by having texting available, and go above and beyond to make sure my reactive dog is as comfortable as possible when she has to come in.

A great facility with knowledgeable and kind staff. I’ve been taking my dog here since I returned to the area, she has an autoimmune disorder and the staff jumped right in to seamlessly continue her care. Everyone that works there is so sweet and cares deeply about the animals they see!

I cannot say enough about my family's experience with the staff at Greenfield animal hospital. The staff has been kind, patient and caring as we are navigating a recent rescue adoption where we were not aware of some key health facts until several weeks after the adoption was finalized. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet tech to the veterinarian has been generous with their time and so helpful. Thank you to everyone for all that you do - you've made our lives much less stressful thanks to your kindness and understanding.

We love Dr.Shencopp and the whole Greenfield Animal Hospital team! The front desk, techs and all the doctors have been so kind and patient with both my cats and myself. We love the new cat exam rooms, nice relaxing environment for my nervous kitties. We always feel so welcomed here. Thank you Greenfield Animal Hospital!

Staff was very gentle and personable with me and my dog. Staff explained every procedure and medication beforehand. Facility was clean without odors. 10/10 will recommend !
