I had the best shopping experience with Kathryn Bordoley at the Southfield location. She was so kind and knowledgeable. Kathryn went out of her way to look into some delivery concerns I had and really went above and beyond with her customer service skills. I would most definitely recommend my friends and family to Gorman's store for their furniture needs!!!! 5 Star service in my book!!!

I am a re-occurring customer at Gormans! I wouldn’t consider any other furniture store! They always have exactly what I’m looking for in furnishings. My sales person, Yolanda was very professional and knowledgeable; it was a pleasurable experience! I highly recommend Gormans if you’re looking for fine furniture!

Kim was great to work with. She was so patient as I kept going back and forth to sit on couches, as well as getting prices on different finishes, etc. In the end, I purchased a couch that is exactly what I want, and I can't wait to receive it.
