Cristina, the service rep was the best thing about my experience. Your cashier was the worst. Regarding the work done on my vehicle, my satisfaction and/or dissatisfaction, remains to be seen. I must update this review as the experience with this dealership only worsened. I was not given my vehicle until I paid the over $700 bill. Upon inspection before leaving the service area I found the rubber seal on the right passenger side door was badly torn, something that did not exist before the car was brought to the dealership. I immediately re-entered the service area and made the issue known. The person I spoke to (not Christina, who had suddenly disappeared and no one could tell me when she would return) handed off my observation to another individual who then when into an office and appeared to voice my concern. I assume it was reported correctly, as it was behind a glass, in the service area and I could not hear the conversation. I was then informed the "car was like that when you brought it in". I vehemently denied that statement and indicated they needed to repair what they had done to my vehicle. The man in the glass enclosed office approached me and I showed him the damage. He indicated "we didn't do it". I stated "yes you did". He disappeared and then returned stating he had spoken with the service tech and he "knew the issue did not occur" while my vehicle was at their dealership. I then proceeded to call me a "liar" and that "he would believe his technician before he would believe me" After much back and forth he stated he could fix the problem but I would have to "pay for the part(s) and he would repair it for "free". I stated I had already paid over $700 for the initial repair to the radio/CD player and would not pay another dime for an issue they caused on my vehicle that was in physically pristine condition when it was brought to Glassman. I requested to speak to someone above him and he firmed stated "there is no one above me". This man had an large physical presence and he attempted to intimidate me with this physicality and voice inflections. My son was with me and I knew if this person continue to speak to me in threatening tones and bully posturing, my son would intervene and I did not want my son involved it in, what I could foresee, would turn even more ugly. I left without the repair and contacted Hyundai corporate offices with the events of my interaction with the Glassman dealership. They initially assured me that what occurred was not acceptable and they would contact the dealership, on my behalf. Weeks later, I received a call from the "service rep" who stated he "understood" but since the dealerships are "independent" the only recourse I had was to "pay for the parts" and the dealership had agreed to do the repair for "free". Again, this is and was not acceptable since the damage was caused by Glassman. I firmly feel the service manager was accustomed to using intimidation when interacting with women personally, professionally and ethnically. Thus my review is "less than a "1 star". Do not trust this dealership with your vehicle!!! They lack honesty and integrity. They are not beyond lying and trying to cover up the damage they cause. It is no surprise the technician would not be forthcoming in admitting he had caused the damage to his "boss", if he in fact, did deny his error. The Service Manager was going to milk every penny he could out of every repair and he was not going to be challenged by a mere "woman". As for corporate, I had made it clear, had I researched the reviews of Hyundai prior to my purchase I would not have purchased the vehicle and will never purchase another. My advise, please, do your research!!! If consumers nationwide are having issues with a certain brand, run in another direction and believe what you see. I went in to get an oil change (covered in my car's warranty), and corey told me that it wasn't covered between my mileage, which was incorrect.... 2.5 hours later and frustrated, i was wondering when my car was going to be finished. I looked and corey was EATING, while my car was already done!!!! So dissapointed with the service. And I don't know why every time i go in I get stuck with corey, he is very unproffesional, and doesn't care if people are waiting for hours. Someithing must be done within management.

Corey at the service center was great. He kept me up to date and talked through what issues my vehicle was having due to the recalls.

I messed with something on my door and it wouldn't close and I called Glassman, spoke to Steven, and he walked me through how to fix it so that I could get back on the road. He was so helpful and saved me a trip from coming into the dealership. What a nice guy!

I notice a lot of bad reviews on the sales department, mines is with the service department I will never take my car back ever again. This is my first Hyundai and it was originally purchased in Florida. When I moved back to Michigan I decided to take my vehicle to this location and they’re even worse. They were extremely nonchalant wasn’t warm or inviting at all. You’re supposed to greet customers with a smile or at least show you want to be at your job.

Marcus did such a wonderful job helping not only pick out the perfect car for me, but also made sure I was able to go home that day with it! He and everyone else were so kind and helpful. I’ve never had a good experience at a car dealership until I came to Glassman Hyundai. If you’re looking for a new car, this is most definitely the place!

I had a great experience with the team at Glassman. I worked with Marcus Robinson and Brian, who were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Can't ask for more in the car buying process, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new ride.
