Tried setting up an account online- I was forced to make an appointment. I take the time off work and come all the way down here for them to turn me away because they're short staffed. I was the only person there. Probably dodged a bullet by not banking here

Very unprofessional, lazy with the help, they will lie to you and tell you one thing but next time they will claim that wasn’t what they said. They are all full of shìt and that bank needs to be closed or hire new people who can actually be helpful and professional.

Poor customer service: on August 2. My daughter went to open a savings account, she was told no because they were short staffed, but it was not a customer in site only my daughter. The drive through was empty as well.

Went in to fifth third bank the other day trying to open a checking account with a coupon. The lady there was nice at first but started acting very rude after I told her I was only gonna deposit $300 to open my checking account. Then she told me that I didn't qualify and didn't even say have a nice day or any of the other standards you would come to expect with good customer service. Very disgusted with the service, never going back there again

I stood there for at least 20 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me while all tellers joked around with another customer.i finally said can someone help me one teller said someone will be with you in a moment

Very rude manager name damond crook! Walked in and there was no line but waited up to almost 8 mins watching two people helping people helping the folks in the driveway when there was just one person that was actually helping people and spoke with the manager how i was in a slightly Rush I was very soft-spoken to him and his response was a very loud rudeness on how i need to wait as after a gentlemen came in and just took him right away while i was still freaking waiting..... I feel like I got discriminated because I was Asian and wasn't African American as if i didnt have a right to make a small request in this no line waiting for some to help me.... I would not come here for help nor customer service and this was the manager that I spoke to!

How a bank charges me to cash a check drawn from them is mind boggling. I couldnt even get a proper receipt for this farce of a charge. Doesnt the banks customer pay enough fees to cover the cashing of checks they write? The bank should pay a bonus to me considering the check didnt have to go through a clearing house.........#poorguygetsscrewedagain
