Open 7-days a week. I mostly use the self service kiosk for prepaid packages. Sometimes the receipt printer doesn't work after 5 pm during the week. Ground pickup M-F is at 5 pm. Express pickup M-F is at 6 pm and 2 pm on Saturday. It's usually two employees at the front counter if you need assistance. Limited amount of parking around the building.

One person name Levi was taking care of someone when I came in so I waited for him to finish. While waiting another gentleman came in past me and went to the other counter. The manager (after asking who was the manager was) came from the back looks at me and started taking care of the man who had just walked in. When I tried to ask him about taking care of the man ahead of me he blew me off. When I came to the counter I asked him is that how they operate he stated it's too late to worry about it now. I stated asking who's next would have been the proper way to do handle it

This use to be my favorite location the service in both Southfield locations are trash. But this one takes the cake. The staff is super lazy and act as if they are doing us a favor instead of a service. When I’m not paying then you can move at the slowest pace you can find. And it won’t hurt to teach staff a little customer service it’s always polite to greet your guests even if you are with a customer. The worst.

Bit of a wait. Two employees were busy. When they were finished with what they were doing, the service was efficient. Suggestion: Perhaps they should at least acknowledge waiting customers indicating they will be with them in a minute. Just helps customer feel not ignoring his/her presence. Parking is ok because customers are usually in & out fast. Facility appears clean/neat & accessible.

The manager followed me around the store like I was trying to rob the place. Only used the self- service printing machine. Good way to treat your customers. I'll never return here again. I'll also inform the corporate office how I was treated.

I needed to print about 10 pages of documents. I was told to send them to the print and go email. I stood there for 10 minutes nothing happened. Then I asked the representative to help me, he disclosed it would be an additional
2.50
I replied that was fine. After standing again for another 10 minutes still nothing
The representative could care less about helping others.

The Clerk, Des was outstanding. I didn't have any idea what I was doing. This was my first time having to scan documents. He led me step by step patiently with enthusiasm. Des Is definitely an asset to this company.
