Extreme Loans team did a fantastic job. I personally worked with Shane Maduas, once he saw what I was trying to do he got to work on it and got it done very quickly. Within just a couple days the deal was sealed. Everything went through exactly like it was supposed to. He was able to do a lot more for me than I thought possible, but they got everything to work. As I am a disabled veteran the VA has to approve everything that happens, so it has to be legitimate. Shane was completely transparent about everything, He was honest and down to earth about what was going to go on. He took the time to able to explain it in a way that was easily understandable. One of the most important things I consider is that I was always able to get into contact with him. I recommend Extreme Loans for those searching.

As homeowners that are trying to invest in the real estate market. Extreme Loans has made this whole process go as smoothly as me and my wife could have expected. The customer service and support they’ve provided to us were nothing short of amazing. We highly recommend our loan officer James Thompson, who’s been there for us and with us throughout the whole process. Additionally, their financial director Danny Dawood also stepped in to help out when needed. They made us feel very comfortable without adding any pressure or using any sales tactic to get us to sign with them. Huge thanks to them both.

As I was trying to refinance my home I felt like no one could help me . But thankfully one morning I picked up the phone which I never do if I don’t know the number. His name is Danny Dawood !!! Best decision I have ever made . This man is on top of his game he will walk you thru any obstacle you run in to . Danny was always keeping me updated on any situation. The beginning of the process was good and it got stressful towards the end because they are the go between, between the client and the lending company unfortunately. They did do everything in their power and worked quickly and sought out other companies to approve us where others didn’t . Complications didn’t arise until we had to use an out of house lending company at no fault to Extreme Loans . At the end of the day they did what they needed to do and adjusted where they needed to get us approved for our cash out refinance . A lot of expectations needed to change from the beginning goal but we ended with things on a better note

Stavros with Extreme Loans was the best at helping us with our needs concerning our home loan. He went above and beyond with his customer service, and kept us up-to-date on every step of our loan process. I have never felt like we matter when it came to the mortgage process with other banks. I felt discouraged to start the process again because of previous lender experiences. Stavros really changed that, he is so personable. He really connected with us and throughout the process made us feel seen and understood that life can throw some curve balls. Stavros and Danny helped us with unwriting questions that came up and made the closing process seamless! I would definitely recommend using Extreme Loans to my friends and family! Also, if we ever need additional loan services in the future, we would definitely use them again!

Nothing but good things to say about the process overall. Like most, this wasn’t my first rodeo with this process. I was pleased with the timeliness, communication and general understanding of the process and it’s sometimes “annoying” underwriting details. The team (Danny and Stavros) were personable and understanding. Highly recommend.
