The best dealer and repair shop I purchased 2 BMW 5 series since 2005 til 2021 My BMW is still running and I had monitor repairs of common things of the used vechile I last purchased it was about 1 year befor I started having issues like starter altenator control arms shocks but nothing major the car also shuts down before I believe I can truely damage my engine or trans which is an usual feeling with a vechile that’s used . My Car was 13 years old 1 original owner this owner always blesses me with the best and in my price range he still always gives me a really fair price . He has also had employess driving the vexhile to check on anything before I took it off the lot I had a missing peice of plastic cosmetics which he also sent me to an oak park for that to be replaced for no charge ! He also made sure that I had my oil changed. N filters windshield wipers ordered brand new replaced tires were in great condition also ! I will sleep comming back and appreciate the mechanics are ready and willing to deal with any concern or complaint . As well as taught me how to use certain things in the vechile. I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Good Owner Been in Buisness for years ! And always make sure you have a plate and tag B4 u drive off in your new vechile!

Took my 750li to have my rear suspension and cooling system serviced when I picked my car up and got home my vehicle was leaking and check engine light was on?♂️WHICH IT HAD NEVER DONE WITH ME DRIVING TO TOLDEO AND BACK TO DETROIT 3 weeks straight ,the inside of my trunk was in pieces from them working on my suspension FUSES AND BATTERY EXPOSED!??♂️he scammed me out of 200 dollars “updating my software” only to quote me another 2000.00 saying I needed a new computer to fix my fan issue?♂️ Also broke a fume pipe from removing a component off the top of my motor? BEING SO UPSET I TOOK MY CAR TO A REAL BMW TECH THEY SCANNED MY CAR AND GAVE ME THE REAL ANSWER FOR MY FAN CONSISTENTLY RUNNING WICH WAS A COOLANT SENSOR BEING STUCK IN UPPER RANGE MEASUREMENT? BOTTOM LINE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A HONEST MECHANIC WITH GOOD PRICES THIS SHOP IS NOT IT! TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR DO YOUR RESEARCH 1st! I WOULDNT LET THESE GUYS PUT AIR IN MY TIRES THEYD PROBABLY TRY TO SALE ME A “NEW ENGINE” ITS A DIFFERENCE IN SOMEONE NOT KNOWING OR DOING SLOPPY WORK FROM SOMEONE PREYING ON THEIR CUSTOMERS! MY SUSPENSION PROBLEM WAS FIXED AFTER I SAVED 2000.00 buying my own partsServices: General repairs & maintenance

These people are horrible they charged me $6617 for a transmission that I didn’t even need I needed a rear differentiator they charge me for a broken transmission which is still leaking I’ve been there 10 times to try to get this resolved no action I am now headed to court these are the worst people ever if I could give them zero stars that’s what they would have Then they charge me $764 for a converter weld which they never did I had to go to another place they live in my car it was held together by zip tiesServices: General repairs & maintenance

Associated with BMW Repair Detroit. Worst price of all the places I checked locally by nearly $100 for just the diagnosis, he got mad I was price shopping and hung up, goes to show how bad his service is. Pathetic.
