Initially the service was stellar, now I am unable to get in touch with the company after submitting personal information to reconcile my taxes for multiple years.
I haven't received confirmation the filings were successful and I fear I may need to start from scratch with someone else.
I'm extremely concerned, but I hope the young man is ok.
