Beware of Tonya on the register. "she will overcharge you and when the issue is brought to her attention, she will reply with - "Sorry I was distracted." Pay attention to the denomination of the bill that you give her because she will put in a lesser amount, and give you the change for that amount. The first time, she charged me for a third pair of thermals that I did not even purchase, and I was given the same response. "Oh sorry, I was distracted." This is the second time that this has happened to me. This time, she ran the camera back to then tell me, "Yes, you're correct." So, I'm noticing a pattern and won't be returning to this store. Once is a mistake, twice is a habit and I think that if you are THAT distracted then, maybe, you shouldn't be on the register. Imagine how often these oversights might happen and how much money they make from stealing from the customers. It's ironic how the sign on the door says: "we are a family owned business, please dont steal from us." Yet, it appears that the workers are the ones who are stealing from the customers.

Trashed store and rude, inattentive staff. Had to wait for three members of staff to get done chatting before I could ask one for help. I asked if they had a public restroom and was told no, and when I asked where the nearest one was, she told me to “find a restaurant.” A proper suggestion would have been helpful, at least.

Here's my story...get bag of chips for $2.69...ask clerk about other chips she tells me yea other side of aisle etc ..$1.49....so I asked er to do exchange etc ..she says yea ... button line is I get charged $2.69 without refund n $1.49 for exchanged item....yikes !! What a freaking rip off...call store they claim we did refund adjustment etc...no transaction shows up. Make sure u get ur items n receipt n don't do any exchanges etc... CLEARLY they don't know what they doing. Basically I paid $2.69+$1.49 for $1.59 bag of chips....Avoid this place at all cost ..go 2 actual $tore....not this place it u b sorry...ghetto place 4 sure.

They have a lot of different items here (bathroom, travel, bags, frames, candy, pop, juice, baby items, kitchen, etc.)....the owner and most of the staff have been at this location for 15 plus years. They're helpful and considerate to customers. I appreciate they're in the neighborhood as well.
