Overall subpar service. Just came to buy some balloons and they act like you’re not allowed to turn your neck and look at other products while waiting for them to fill them up. Very condescending people. And I saw a roach scurry across the floor while I was waiting for my service. Maybe they should worry about that more before they decide to profile people in their store. Won’t be coming back or recommend anybody to spend a dime there.

I cannot say enough good things about Dollar Castle! This Christian-owned multiple purpose dollar store is an absolute gem. Not only can you find items for just a dollar, but so much more. From everyday emergency items to party and catering supplies, this place truly has it all.
Every time I visit Dollar Castle, I am impressed by the clean and vast variety of products they offer. The staff is always pleasant and helpful, but the real highlight is the owner, Brandon. He is always there to lend a hand and make sure your shopping experience is top-notch.
Dollar Castle has become my go-to one-stop shop for all my needs. Whether I need something last minute for a party or just want to browse their aisles for hidden treasures, I always leave satisfied. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for quality products at affordable prices. Thank you, Dollar Castle, for being such a wonderful addition to our community!

Use cash when going here because the charge a fee for using cards any amount....they need a bigger building there out grown this place .

Very bad customer service I purchased $400 worth of merchandise. I asked the owner if he would be so kind and give me a 10% discount like the other store did off of Ford Rd., Garden City he said absolutely not we’re not affiliated with that store, I was like wow you guys have the same merchandise it’s the same type of store. No, we cannot do that, I told him that the other store gave me a 10% discount without even asking for it. He was actually helping me take an item off the shelf. It was too high up and he said whatever I purchase he will give me 10% off of the purchase super nice Friendly the women in there are nice and friendly , I will not be bring my business back to that store ever again. That is the one in Southfield. I will continue to shop to Garden City……. He gave me a big $17 off of a $400 order. Don’t be so greedy………….

Shopped here for Mothers Day Balloons and a few other items. Lines are were not to bad, customer service was top notched. Clean Aisles with seemingly endless necessities and products of all kinds. Definitely shop here for a quick Trip.
