They just suck. They take way too long to fill prescriptions. No personable staff. I’m constantly overcharged then have to return to get my money back.

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. For the most part the employees that work here are rude and unhelpful. Please find somewhere else where they will operate in a more kind manner. I will be moving my pharmacy somewhere else.

This is my go to CVS 13 mile Southfield Road
I’ve been a customer for many years.
I have no complaints, they are nice and customer friendly.
Also I visit other CVS and they too are very customer friendly.

I purchased a gift card for my neighbor’s son’s graduation.When I proceeded to checkout(Angela)the manager asked me to hit the the green button on the keypad.When I finished paying for my gift card and other stuff that I had purchased,I realized that was charged six dollars to activate the gift card.The manager(Angela)who waited on me should have told me that by hitting the green button that I was gonna be charged an activation fee.I went back in and she said there’s nothing I can do.Bad Business Practices!!!
