Called twice- was on hold for over 10 minutes each. It’s fairly obvious they don’t give a care for customers or their needs.

Called the pharmacy- this was a 5 minute call using the automated system. When the pharmacist answered finally at 1:29pm, he said they are going to lunch until 2pm and hung up the phone. He did not ask what I was calling about or care how long the call was to get to him, he just hung up.

Maribel and Mavis both go above and beyond to kindly assist at the CVS located at 13 Mile and Southfield Roads. I hope they never stop working there!
