Among the worst pharmacies I have come across. They will do anything to get out of doing work. They regularly pretend they do not have scripts so that they can avoid getting orders done in a timely manner. I would advise finding an alternative pharmacy if you want to get your medications in a reasonable time frame and without a fight.

I had an amazing experience there. The young man named prince, I believe that was his name, he was very helpful, displaying nothing but excellent and informative customer service :) Definitely be coming back !

I wouldn't change a thing. I received excellent, friendly customer service. Fast check out process. Nice displays. Everything I needed was easy to find. A very welcoming store, smiling faces from all employees I encounter.

The employees are very nice and the store is always stocked well. The problem I have is the outside lights are 90% out! It's so dark in the parking lot the store looks closed!

CVS needs to CLOSE THIS STORE! The folks that work here do not care about customers nor their jobs. I went to pick up meds and as crowded as they were only had one lady for the drive thru and the inside counter. Once it was my turn, the lady at the drive thru said that I had to go to the pickup window so the pharmacist to input insurance info. I go there and the Pharmacist (Nooor) was very unfriendly and acted annoyed. So I asked how long it would be and she said 5 minutes. I’m waiting patiently and it literally took 35 minutes to print 3 sheets of paper. I go up and tell her I’ll come back tomorrow because of how long it’s taking. Then she calls my name. I and I’m waiting on a cashier so I can pay. The pharmacist comes from behind the counter, and says to me, “You’re taking my picture and I’m calling the police. ?? I told her to call them and I would wait” I also told her that not all Black people run from cops. I then call for the store manager. Mark came back and he apologizes for what happened. I told him I wanted to confirm no cops were call. He said no one called the cops. With hesitation he gave me CVS Corp number.I’ve NEVER had this happen to me. I have called in a complaint to CVS Corporate, and I hope they reach out. I did call the police and inquired on if taking her picture was illegal. I was told that as long as no one’s personal info was exposed of the pharmacy, there is no crime. Just an FYI.

Horrible. Very very very very unprofessional. Middle-aged Lady with braids never acknowledges your presence at drive thru. Laughs and talks with others while you sit waiting. And sit and wait and sit and wait. Horrible Customer Service experience.

This pharmacy is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to wait time. No reason why the drive through line is always to Southfield rd. They work at a slow pace and medications never ready.

The actual thing pharmacy is HORRIBLE. I’ve literally called 5 times and they keep picking up the phone and saying absolutely nothing. I can hear them typing, I’m not sure if the workers are overwhelmed but to play with a persons livelihood while in need of getting medications this can’t be the position for them.. Not to mention my prescription was sent to them 4days ago and I went to pick it up the next day it wasn’t ready , I came back to pick it up today and “It’s still NOT ready” this is horrible service especially for someone’s medication… I will definitely be removing my business from CVS and going to a different pharmacy , I strongly encourage YOU to do the same .. this is awful.

The pharmacy department is very unprofessional. I'm waiting in the drive thru line no one acknowledged me they just stared and turned their head. Unfortunately Chrysler only uses CVS, they filled a prescription my doctor discontinued. I saw the notes, they need to be more mindful and professional. If I didn't know any better I could've taken that medication. What if that happened to an elderly person. Unacceptable
