Ive been to this location numerous times over the years. While there are some nice people working here, there's this one miserable woman who receives patients at the front desk. She's ALWAYS there. I feel like she goes out of her way to make things go as slow as possible, be unhelpful and unpleasant. She's the main reason I stopped going there. I prefer the one on rochester rd. One day I spent almost five hours there. It was so slow another patient ordered jets pizza delivery and ate it right there in the waiting area. Also once when I was getting a routine physical, after it was done I asked the PA (a short young indian female) if she detected anything during the chest exam. She responded by asking me why I was asking. Who needs this crap, seriously. Too many miserable people working here.
