My experience was not good at all. The office manager with braids in her hair was extremely rude and unprofessional. I requested to speak with her and she declined. I need her assistance with a few questions and she refused to reply. The PA was professional, respectful and knowledgeable. She displayed appropriate responses to my questions and was extremely helpful. When my time was up, the office manager rushed me out of the room and building and stated she has to leave. She did not take into consideration that I had an injury and my overall mobility had been compromised. I will NOT visit that location in the future and I will warn my friends on Facebook and Instagram

The women at the front desk were very polite and professional. As were the nurses and doctor.

From the front desk to the nurse completing my visit including the staff I passed in the hallway, everyone was smiling, friendly, and kind. My first visit was under an hour and my return visit was less than 10 mins because the very nice lady at the front desk was able to read my TB test and send me on my way.
