Nick is the owner and is the designer. He has designed two necklaces for me and I have purchased a few items as well. His selection is filled with gorgeous pieces. He is honest and his prices are competitive. I was introduced to him by a friend who said she will only buy jewelry from him. Her entire family only buys from Nick. I suggest going to both stores since his inventory varies. Different styles at each store.

Checked out all stores in advanced building and this guy was the best priced. He was willing to negotiate and had what we were looking for ordered same day. Next time this will be the first store i go into

I called this store to see if they sell engagement rings, and when I asked to speak a store manager the person on the phone hung up on me for no reason. I tried calling back and they would not answer. There is something seriously wrong with this companies business model if you hang up on potential customers just because they ask to speak to a store manager. Anyone who reads this, take your business elsewhere.

I went to Cinderella to have my wedding ring fixed. The owner, Nick, did such a wonderful job. The diamond was loose and a prong had to be replaced. The ring now looks brand new again. The quality is amazing. Nick was such a pleasure to deal with. Extremely professional and trustworthy. I recommend Cinderella to all my friends. You won't find a more personable and honest jeweler.

Best jewelry in Michigan. The owner is an amazing talent. Sized my ring flawlessly, where other companies couldn't. Made exquisite gold earrings for my daughter and gave us such a good appraisal on one of my wife's necklaces. The owner, Nick, is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. I send all my friends and family there, because the owner has integrity.

Very very unprofessional with POOR SERVICE. Nick the owner thinks his time is more precious than his customers time. He lied about prices, he said something would be ready in two weeks, i called after 3 weeks and he said it's not done. He promised to overnight the jewelry piece a few days later (Thursday) to be delivered on Friday, he never did. Not once did he call and let me know what is going on. I called Saturday and he said he didn't finish the piece and he would deliver it in the evening... never happened. He told my sister in law who it was supposed to be delivered to that i did not pay him. I felt so embarrassed by his lies. When i called to see what happened he said he didn't know it was a business she was at that he would be delivering it to. I gave him her phone number, why didn't he call? Why didn't he call me and tell me or update me? He told me he's too busy to call me and let me know what's happening with my jewelry piece i was paying $1,200 for. Do not do business with this man. Take your business elsewhere. He told me i am wrong for being upset, HORRIBLE customer service!

Cinderella Jewelers offers the best variety of what we call "boater gold" from back home. In our culture as Chaldeans, gold is gifted for engagements, weddings, baptisms, communions, and many other special occasions. Most jewelry stores don't carry anything higher than 18K solid gold, or give you the gold weight (in grams) when purchasing pieces. This store has the most beautiful jewelry and a wide selection of bangles, earrings, baby jewelry, and full sets. They also carry a lot of gemstone and diamond jewelry in both white and yellow gold. Nick is who I work with, he is very nice and I can always expect good customer service. I've never felt cheated or given anything that wasn't exactly what he said it was. He also does custom orders, jewelry repairs, and any cleaning you need. I always look forward to going to Cinderella Jewelers and highly recommend them for your jewelry purchases.
