The whole establishment is horrible. I walked in mid day around 3:45 there were literally 17 people ahead of me in line I waited 45 minutes in line to get my food as there was only one person working the line the lady who seemed to be the boss stepped in and stood there doing what Im not sure and not fulfilling customer orders at all! There were people lined up outside with only one person working and the nerve to run out of chips and chicken threw me. I’m not sure I can come to this location again this is the second time this has happened within a month. I’m truly disappointed in my experiences and the service. The lack of communication with the employees and customers is absurd.

This was the first time I visited this particular store. I was not impressed by the food. Normally I always get the same things and they always taste the same but by the time I got home my food was cold. They did not give me a lot of chicken I had to ask them to put on more, I mean I had rice for days but zero chicken literally the guy gave me on my bowl I'm not joking 15 pieces and thought that I was going to be happy with that. So I feel like maybe that's not his issue that was a store issue where maybe they're trying to upcharge a bowl and cut back on food. However that does not work well with me. I had to ask for more and then even so I still didn't get a whole bunch more. When I asked for Pico I had to ask for extra pico because like I said the the serving set they were giving were just very small and tiny compared to what I got elsewhere or pre-pandemic. Feel like you up charge these bulls a couple of bucks and you want to scale back on the food. Which isn't cool with me so I'm just not going to eat Chipotle for a while because I find it ridiculous that I have to say can I have more pico can I have more corn can I have more chicken but you know what You don't have a problem giving me a pound of rice. I don't want all the rice I want less rice more fixins. So for that I would give you don't star

I work close and every time we try to come to this location there is an issue. The staff is extremely rude. They are always out of something that is a nessesity. Today I walked in at 10 past 11am. The lady says they don't open until 11:30 and they are out of rice anyways. Didnt offer any apology and seemed to have an attitude. Then I look on Google when I get to my car and their open time says 10:45am... what the heck!

Yesterday I ordered 2 burrito bowls one had brown rice and the other had white. Both types of rice where under cooked to the point of being inedible. My bowl had fajita veggies on it and the onions where burnt. Every time I order from this location there's something wrong. From inconsistent portioning to just flat out not getting what I ordered.

When I first started going here the workers were very pleasant and they gave you fair portions no problem. I went here maybe 2 weeks ago and got 2 bowls. In one of the bowls there was a nice amount of chicken and the other bowl was so skimpy and had about half the amount of chicken as the other bowl so I asked the man if he could please put a little more in there to make it equal. Then this lady said if you want more you have to pay for double chicken. I explained to her that I don't want extra chicken, I want a fair amount equal to the other bowl. She dismissed me and said it's the same amount in both bowls even though visibly I could see that it was not. When I was younger and I worked a customer service job I would try to do whatever to at least validate the customer not dismiss them or argue back and forth with them. These workers act like adding a couple more pieces of chicken comes out of their pay check. I unfortunately went back to this location yesterday which was a mistake. I had extra rice in my bowl, something that I have asked for every single time I have been to chipotle. Of course I go yesterday and ask for the SAME thing extra rice and they put it in my bowl then when my bowl makes it down the line someone from the back snuck up to the front to write extra rice on the top of my bowl and no one said anything so now I'm confused. For reference, I had just visited another location a couple of days ago and there was no charge for extra rice. I asked the girl at the register is there a charge or something for extra rice and she just says yes and I'm like when did that happen, I just went to chipotle a couple of days ago and there was no charge and she casually brushes it off and says it changes all the time, theres a charge for anything extra. Mind you, I always get extra rice and beans and never once got charged. I always get my dad a bowl too and he gets extra rice, beans and fajita veggies. So I'm confused about what she's talking about. I told her there is nothing listed anywhere about now charging for extra rice. No sign and no one brought that to my attention when I asked for the extra rice. She just rudely dismissed me and said yea well this is our way of letting you all know when you get to the register and starts interacting with the next customer. I told her you are being very dismissive and I'm simply trying to tell you you all could be more transparent with the customer when new changes come up. Post a sign on the glass or just tell customers when they ask for extra rice that there is an extra charge and they can decide whether or not they want to get the extra rice. She did not apologize or even acknowledge my concern just again brushed me off and gave me my total and if I would have had more time to get something else to eat I would not have paid for the bowl and I would have asked for the manager which from the other reviews about how rude the manager is that probably would not have even helped. I don't care if extra rice is only a penny, it is the principle for me that extra charges are being added to my bill without it being listed anywhere on the menu, or someone telling me, or there being a sign somewhere especially when I have gotten extra rice for years and years without an extra charge!! And every chipotle seems to be doing something different every day of the week which makes it more confusing. I will not return to this location, other locations are much friendlier and handle customer complaints much better than this. These workers are extremely rude and argue back and forth with customers or ignore their complaints rather than trying to help. I have worked customer service jobs and I always tried my best to find a good solution for the customer or at bare minimum when there was nothing I could do, listening like you give a crap about what the customer is saying, acknowledging and validating their concern and a simply, apology goes a long way. I placed an online order that stated my order would be ready by 12:40 I took my lunch at 12:40 giving them more time to prepare my food. When I get to the location it is approx. 9 people waiting for online orders. I arrived at about 12:55 and a guy said he had been waiting for an order that was suppose to be ready at 12:20. There was only 1 person preparing orders for online. There was a line for walk up orders and most of the employees were working the front counter. So of course the front line was completed and no one ever came to assist the poor young lady working online orders alone. This is unacceptable customer service. You did not need a degree in management to see what needed to be done AT LUNCH TIME in this location. The food was good but the service was horrible. DO NOT GO HERE AT LUNCHTIME

February 28, 2024 around 4ish. The young lady with no name tag had a very nasty attitude from the beginning of taking my order. This young black lady is slim with braids, kept saying that she couldn't hear me, which was not true. Ever time I would tell her what I wanted she would roll her eyes and look away. Once she understood what I wanted she would slap my food in the container. (Very messy) I noticed that she was rude to others in line in front of me. There was a very nice lady there that step in a tried to smooth things over. This nice lady is from another store. If it had not been for her I would have walked out. I work in the near by office building and I will be sharing this experience with my colleagues and clients. This young lady nasty attitude could cost your company a lot of money. I really hope that someone will truly look into this and other complaints concerning this store, and not just keep apologizing.

Staff had a full line stopped service both employees left line and got on phone like they shift was over another woman stated they are waiting for staff to come in to make food spent my whole lunch hour waiting in line to never even get my order. Very unprofessional the same gloves they used to make food the employees proceeded to use phone with same gloves. Moved like turtles with no care in the world

This chipotle suck! My tortillas for my tacos were so hard though i asked for soft. They were out of sour cream, they only had one protein for real, and no ice. On top of all of that the customer service was terrible. The lady taking our order had a nasty attitude.

On Mon Feb 12 at 5pm I (carry-out) ordered a burrito that was prepared in the shape of a folded up square hamburger (huge mess), and a burrito bowl where the employee stacked all the ingredients onto one half the bowl and left the other half completely empty. Someone should remind management at this location that playing with food is a crime and these kids preparing food need training or not to be serving food. Quite displeased, won't be back.

Best chipotle I've been to in the area since pre covid. Nice staff, quick service and food was great. I will only go to this location.
