I have been a Chase customer for over 15 years. I have a checking, savings, credit card and 2 CDs. I got a notice that one of my CDs is up for renewal. Rates are way down and I wanted to cash it in and move it to another financial institution. It is impossible to speak to anyone at corporate or anyone that can help me accomplish this. I must go to the bank, wait for a person and beg for my money. It is 26 drgrees outside. I am 81 years old and have NO desire to go to the bank. I should be able to do this online or over the phone, RIGHT? NOPE. I have to talk to a salesperson and beg for my money. I guess it's time to close all my accounts and move it to a bank that operates for their customers rather than just themselves. OH, I can open an account almost anywhere, ON-Line. Their loss.

Similar experience to another rater. This is a very large bank and when I went in there was no other customers there. But I was told that the person that I needed to speak to to add a person to my account was busy and I need to make an appointment. So much for helpful customer service.

Terrible service. Go to another branch. Slow service. The tellers see a line waiting for assistance and leave their window or start working on something else

I literally just walked out of this big bank, noone in-line at the tellers. 1 person being helped by bank specialists. 2 other bank specialists sitting in their cubicle. But they told me I had to make an appointment ONLINE to open an LLC bank account.The bank is so big you can hear your voice echo. But you have to make an appointment online. Awful customer service.

The lady is very mean. Last time I went with legal document to notarize.. she gave reason no they don't.. today I went with scanned document she said thy only notarize legal document and she smiles when she says no.. very mean ..

I dont trust Chase bank any more. Ive been banking with them for 20 years. SS check in one account pension in the other. All my bills dedu ted. One day out the clear blue sky Chase sent me a letter stating they are closing my accounts. It was a very emotional hurtful thing Chase did to me. I asked the executive office why? They said they did not have to tell me why and didnt.

Pauline was so unprofessional and rude and I have never ever felt so spoken down to in my life as I am a long term customer with chase and work for this city!! She literally tried to argue me down about making a deposit when I knew what I was taking about! Once she came to her senses and realized I was right, there was never an apology of any sort! I will never return to this bank and there definitely needs to be training on customer service! Absolutely appalling, and thanks for ruining my attitude and spirits for today Pauline ! Great Job!!

I have never felt so mistreated. The staff at this location is very rude and I am no longer interested in being a customer. I will be in touch with corporate about this matter. VERY DISTURBING & DISAPPOINTING!

Very friendly staff. Plenty of room for parking and it’s easy to get back out to the main roads. Just watch the entrance, there’s a big speed bump!
