The salesman (who i think may have been the owner!!??) was polite and not pushy to make a sale at all. Call Telesco now and don't waste your time calling anyone else.I had six companies out to spec a project of replacement carpet in one room and replacing carpet for hardwood to match existing floors in the other. Five of six companies told me matching the hardwood is impossible and no one can do it. Telesco was the one that not only did an amazing job, but knew exactly what floor I had from my brief description.From a pricing stand point the carpeting was very similar to everyone we spoke with (a couple other local companies, Empire, Carpet Guys). Pricing on the hardwood was worth every penny and Jeff worked to get the project right within our budget. I can't speak to comparing to other companies because, again, no one said what Jeff did could be done.Shout out to Joel for the hardwood, dowel and shoe molding work. 10/10.Shout out to Troy for the carpet replacement. 10/10.Shout out to Jorge and Jose for sanding and finishing the hardwood floors. 10/10.Shoutout to Jeff for being extremely attentive to our questions, always available when we needed him and keeping us constantly abreast of timelines for the project.We waited until our two oldest dogs passed on to get our carpets replaced and the hardwood floor project is one I've been dreaming of having done for almost 10 years.
