This company doesn't pay the contract technicians that it hires to install it's "services", and barely has the staff to keep it's business going. If you are a potential contractor for this company, you won't get paid. If you are a potential customer of this business....you won't get service. Stay away at all costs!

Major violations here from many employees !!! Do yourself a favor and miss the Bullseye mark. Get Satellite, Cable, DSL, Dial Up, or Smoke Signals to communicate just do not use Bullseye!NEGATIVE -5 STARS .

I picked one star because you cannot pick Zero! Worst company I have dealt with in business. They sell a product you don't really need. I signed up and was paying over $400 per month for the same service I now get at AT&T for $137 per month. Their customer service deserves a Zero rating as well. To top it off their accounting department makes unauthorized withdrawals from your account if you are set up on ACH. Nobody should even consider doing business with this pathetic company!!

I work with Bullseye as an agent selling their services. My focus has been on POTS and VoIP services. They have so far been a top notch company to work with. For me the sign of a good company is how they react to unforeseen issues or any problems that may arise. Well my experience with Bullseye shows that they will take the problem head on to do the right by the customer. It is always a pleasure working with the Bullseye Team.

I've been a customer for years. When we first switched to bullseye, they had a dedicated team help me plan out our network and phone deployments. It was a real boon, and I wouldn't have managed the project alone otherwise.

I work for a real estate investment trust company. Bullseye saved is about 30% switching POT lines for fire alarms and elevators. Great customer service.

I have been a telecom National Accounts Manager for clients for over 30 years, and a BullsEye sales agent for over 4 years. I have worked with just about every telecom company out there. A major thing I require out of a telecom company in order to give my client the best, and keep my client happy and staying with me long term is not only to provide a competitive product and price, but SERVICE & RELIABILITY! BullsEye is a cut above and consistently delivers time and again for my clients, spanning hundreds of locations using BullsEye services coast to coast. Savings typically runs 20%, 30% and sometimes 50% or more. When I provide BullsEye as an option for my clients, I win and most importantly my client wins.

I work with Bullseye as a Master Agent and most of our customers are ordering POTS and Tollfree services. I have had such a great response from our team at Bullseye. I receive immediate attention to any emails I sent over needing help and my issues are always resolved. I appreciate this so much because there is nothing worse then asking your customer to wait for weeks on a reply to something simple. Thank you Bullseye team, keep up the great work.

I have worked and excelled in the Telecom Industry my entire life. Bullseye Telecom as "a whole" was an efficient company. When it came down to individual departments was when it got questionable. Word of advice, never work under Amy Johnsonbaugh. She was a horrific supervisor who cared more for her social status than maintaining an elite functioning team. How she ever was bestowed a management position is questionable in my humble opinion.Again, coming from someone who has held numerous management positions in the Telecom Industry thus far, the way she has approached her position not for the benefit of the company, but social status, is quite atrocious and despicable.

I went with this company on the recommendation of a friend in the industry. From day one there was very little conversation, until it came to signing their paperwork. They responded quickly and kindly. When I followed up the next day to ask the ETA I heard nothing and nothing for the next week on when we could expect a technician to install our new system. I was initially told 5 - 7 days, the start of week 3 I cancelled my service and it took two days to get a response back from them. I wouldn't work with this company, their lack of communication is very concerning.

This company is the worst company when it comes to work environment. Carrier accounting, billing, and finance are a bunch of unprofessional people running these departments. Accounting manager is a complete racist, unprofessional, and she has the tendency to set people up for failure. Their accounting operation is very outdated. Vicki miskel the dumbest person in the company. She should start improving the way business runs. However, she is too busy talking unprofessionally behind other employees’ back. She is a psychopath. Financial books are always full of errors and variances. This corporation is falling apart.
