Bad service, I was there to buy a microwave and apple pen. I waited for 15 minutes then I decided to go to the cashier because I knew which one I wanted after he called him. Finally, finally, when I told him which one I wanted he said he will go get it and just never came back. By that point, I just left because he just never came back.
Overall, I don’t recommend this location!

Only go if I really have to service here is super slow. Waited in a line of people for 1 cashier, yes only one working at the time. To finish hitting on a customer in front of all of us playing like it was a issue with a online order. No joke we were over 20 min in line. If we werent desperate for the purchase at the time we would have walked out. Plus we were charged a different amount than what was marked on the shelf there were multiple products in the wrong place as well. Shame Best buy has gone this far down hill.

Went to Best Buy to have my laptop check out. The young lady checked my laptop, which was very nice,my screen was blank, and she checked the monitor and was bad,she suggested a new laptop, she was very courtesy ,she is very knowledgeable about computers ,thank you Best Buy.

Consultants are not helpful at all, even if you activate the alarm on the item I wanted to buy. I stood there for 30 minutes and no one approached me. When a consultant finally came, he just turned off the alarm and walked away without helping me. All I wanted was to purchase the item. I will never go back there again.

Absolutely unacceptable! I came in on Sunday to buy a new laptop and they gave me one price and told me it was not on sale. I go back two days later and the price has jumped $300. I was told it was a 48 hr special. The guy completely didn’t say anything about a special for we ASKED and he said it was not on sale and it was the regular price. They won’t price match for their workers incorrect information and false guarantees. The. I can’t get into with anyone at the store. Horrible
