Giving 5 stars because they do free inspections . Going in tomorrow 9/23/24 to have them check out my front right suspension. I have an idea of what i need replaced. But would rather have a professional look at it since I never did any suspension work before. Will update my review after appointment

Customer service was poor from the representative who helped me. I was very disappointed. I was hoping my experience would be better, and I would be able to continue using this location for my future car maintenance needs.

Ordered 4 tires via their website. Set appointment on line for tire install. Received reminder emails for the appointment. Tires installed Brie called when car was ready. All paper work was issued to claim rebates for tire purchase. The process was so easy. Very good experience.

Honestly, its hard to make this review, but I took my vehicle in for a road trip inspection and they told me that my brakes were 90% worn. Little did they know, I do my own brakes, I did them less than 6 months ago. I told them that they were just done and I completed them myself. About a week later, I ended up changing my rotors because I knew they needed those, they hardly mentioned that by the way, and wanted to put new brakes on them anyway. Please see the brakes that they said was 90% worn. They will never get my business again, and I think they got me on a tire when they could have repaired it easily with a plug, they said it was a side puncture, but I found the hole myself before taking it in and didnt see any additional holes and purposely looked at the side walls and didnt see any. Those 2 incidents made me not go to them anymore, so I only go their for free air only. Again, look at the brakes that their "TOP MASTER TECH" said was 90% worn THEY NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE WARNING INDICATOR. These are ALL the brakes, and maybe ONE is about 40 percent worn, the rest look to be about 10-20% worn. Wish I could find the repair quote to show the person name. This is why people do not trust mechanics.
