True to their word called the next morning that my batteries had arrived and I could pick them at my convenience. I picked them up a couple hours later - loaded them in my vehicle without being asked to do so. Told to bri f the old battteries back which I did several days later. The unloaded the batteries and gave me an immediate refund for the core charges. All associates were friendly and helpful and whether I needed any info, etc. Everything was no hassle and efficient.”

“I really appreciate two gentlemen today. They were kind, professional and helpful. I got my battery test and was suggested to change to a new one due to the end of battery life. I knew I had to change it right away since I already had my car jump-started twice within a day. But It was raining quite heavily outside and it could be dangerous to get the battery installed. Still, they managed to find a place nearby where I could park my car partially under the roof so the hood wouldn't be caught in the rain. The work was done quickly and so far no issue with my battery. Thanks again for helping.”

“Went into the Royal Oak Michigan store for wiper blades. The fella who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The computer was showing different sizes so he went outside and removed mine. Compared to the recommended ones and found I had the wrong size on the car. He went back out and installed them for me. A fine experience.”
