“I went in looking for a cheap battery. They gave me a battery for $98. Actually, it was a little cheaper if I brought my old battery back, but they got me in and out. What no problem, great service clean? Environment.”
“5 stars because if you don't find a unique battery anywhere else you may find it here. But other services are expensive. I am afraid if it stays this way they may also go out of business. Please support this business.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the guys at this store, especially Frank! My friend and I got a flat on Woodward and went there, only to find my Jack was missing some parts. But Frank came outside, saw the problem, then went inside and came back with the missing part- and then changed the tire himself! I now have a working Jack and was able to get where I was going, all because of Frank- this guy was kind and helpful and he deserves a raise!”
“Went into the Royal Oak Michigan store for wiper blades. The fella who helped me was very friendly and helpful. The computer was showing different sizes so he went outside and removed mine. Compared to the recommended ones and found I had the wrong size on the car. He went back out and installed them for me. A fine experience.”

“The staff was super helpful and very pleasant! Especially the worker named Maurice. He went beyond his work scope to help me find the part that I need for my car. I appreciate that! He calmed me down as my sister and I were having a bad day☹️. His warm smile let us know we would be alright. I would recommend this particular O'Reilly's. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because of the doors?. You have to push and pull??. So if your hands are full then you have to put your items down, hold the door open with your foot, then exit . Bummer! At least the gentleman Maurice was super pleasant and made out day...so ?shout out to him for his kindness!”

“So my spouse goes to this location. The best thing about this location is the employees they are always friendly and nice and willing to assist you. Most are pretty knowledgeable and if they don't know something they will honestly tell you their not familiar and they'll make a phone call to another store that has someone that may be knowledgeable about it. “In general this is a pretty good auto parts store that has the parts in stock or will get them in a day or so. what I do not like is they claim they turn rotors but every time I try to get rotors turned either the machine is broken or there's tooling missing or the guy isn't in. so either do the work or take the sign out of the window!”
