I am writing to formally complain about the unsatisfactory service I received at the 26700 12 Mile Location today. As a small business owner and a loyal customer of nearly 20 years, I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and support during a recent emergency.I visited the branch to withdraw $10,000 due to an urgent situation with some contractors. Despite having a balance far exceeding the requested amount across my four accounts with Bank of America, I was informed by the teller that I could not withdraw more than $7,000. The teller's indifference, exemplified by a shrug, without providing any alternative solutions or explanations, was the first sign of the disappointing service I was about to experience.Seeking assistance, I asked for the manager and was approached by Matthew Habbo, who approached me in the lobby. Instead of discussing the matter privately, he inquired about the amount I needed publicly, compromising my privacy. Upon explaining my situation, Mr. Habbo attributed the limitation to a cash shortage due to a missed delivery. However, his response was equally dismissive, and his suggestion to resolve my urgent need for an additional $3,000 was nonexistent. His indifferent demeanor, culminating in another shrug and walking away, was not only unhelpful but also disrespectful.I find it ludicrous and unacceptable that Bank of America refused access to my funds in a time of emergency, without offering any practical solutions, guidance to another branch, or alternative methods of withdrawal. This experience left me feeling disregarded and discriminated against, though I cannot definitively say whether this treatment was due to my gender, race, or merely poor customer service standards at your institution.This incident has seriously damaged my trust in BOA compelling me to consider moving my banking elsewhere. It is disheartening to conclude that after two decades of loyalty, my business and personal financial well-being are not valued by Bank of America.

Rude horrible location. Says they open at 9, go there and a guy tells me they don’t open until 10. Bank of America is going downhill!

Greeter was nice and attentive, only 1 teller at this location on Saturday 01/4/2020 and no drive thru. At this BOA location there is offices with dividers in the lobby with see through glass. The issue is you can see customers personal account information on computer because they do not have anti glare/privacy screens. The only person in front of the computer screen (bank representatives) should see the information on the computer. When I brought this to the attention of the assistant manager she asked an employee why she did not have her screen on and she said she never got one?! What this means as a customer of Bank Of America is your personal information is not safe at this bank location and that they are not following protocol.

They closed 3 branches, 9 & Tel., 13 &Tel., 11 & Mid. This is only branch for miles. Long waits, please get more tellers. Also no druve-thru.
