“Bought the house brand Patriot 120 thousand BTU fryer. It came with a loose pipe and was leaking gas (and fire) every once in a while. Called the store 10 days after I bought it, they gave me the number to call for service. I did that on a Wednesday. On Friday they shipped me a new fryer with no hassle of sending old fryer anywhere. Remarkable. Fryer has been working great ever since.”
“Home Depot in Southfield Michigan was a great experience. I had to return items and the lady who returned my items was such a happy person. She made me feel like my service matters need more people like her.. she like her job but I think she just a oberall nice person.

Rented a hedge trimmer, a drain snake/cleaner, and a carpet cleaner and each time I had attentive service and the equipment was in great shape. Southfield Home Depot is my favorite even though I also go to the one in Troy. Easy and convenient for me.”
“Had 2 items - a premium behr paint and echo leaf blower that another store didn't have. It's very well stocked from what I could tell as I already got the other items b4 I came. It is one of the nicest home depots in the area. Had to wait a hott minute for service. Everyone was nice, i encountered overall.”
