“Bought the house brand Patriot 120 thousand BTU fryer. It came with a loose pipe and was leaking gas (and fire) every once in a while. Called the store 10 days after I bought it, they gave me the number to call for service. I did that on a Wednesday. On Friday they shipped me a new fryer with no hassle of sending old fryer anywhere. Remarkable. Fryer has been working great ever since.”

Rented a hedge trimmer, a drain snake/cleaner, and a carpet cleaner and each time I had attentive service and the equipment was in great shape. Southfield Home Depot is my favorite even though I also go to the one in Troy. Easy and convenient for me.”
“Absolutely do not purchase anything from this location! My husband and I purchased a refrigerator $1800 with delivery. It was scheduled to be delivered Saturday morning and the top of the fridge was crushed completely in route. They called me and told me I was going to have to wait till Tuesday for my new fridge. Of course the old one was defrosted cleaned and broken. All the food, I now have is going to go to waste $300 worth of groceries to be exact!! They didn’t care and offered me my delivery fee (which is $50 dollars back)! $50 dollars! I have to buy take out for the next three days with a child who has kidney issues and two kids with Autism (they’re on medication)! All I can get from them is “These things just happened.” Facts, but you choosing to not adequately accommodate a paid customer, with children with disabilities, on a restricted diet is your personal choice. I think you guys will get better items and customer service anywhere else. I don’t want you guys going through what I am going through. Shame on you ABC Warehouse Southfield!!!! It’s sad, that lately I’m finding that going further out, like Troy, Sterling Heights etc, is wayyyy better customer service more professional. Never again! We purchased on July 2nd and it’s now July 9th an still no refrigerator.
UPDATE! Delivery was awesome! Drivers went above and beyond. My new Fridge was worth the wait! Spoke with Al Regional Manager ABC Warehouse and he apologized for the delay. He made it right and now I’m going back for my husband new recliner! I’m so grateful that excellent customer service still exists! Thank you guys!”
