Since Imelda does not want to keep her word and communicate, I will be updating this until someone within this corrupted company that has power will respond.*** BEWARE NOTICE FOR ALL PATIENTS & FUTURE PATIENTS ***Easterseals has compromised my information, which turned out shortly a week after I discontinued services with them.I received a phone call from “Easterseals” which was their business phone number - this phone call came from a PATIENT. This “patient” was attempting to schedule an appointment with someone named “Jennifer”.I reported this ASAP to the so-called “caseworker” Jose Parra. I escalated this to Rocio, their manager in this facility as well.We are almost at the 2 week mark, Rocio claimed that she would send this to the IT Department at the beginning, she never did as she JUST mentioned less than 10 minutes ago as of this posting that she would send it to them. Rocio also mentioned that she would call me back, I have had to reach out to her myself several times now.Rocio was upset because I “threatened” by saying I will report this. IF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION IS COMPROMISED THEN ABSOLUTELY I WILL REPORT THIS - ESPECIALLY AFTER IT BEING ALMOST 2 WEEKS WITH NO ACTION.Rocio claims that the program supervisors is out on vacation and thats why she cannot do anything at this moment - well it’s good to know that a “mental health” facility has your back when they messed up.*** THIS BUSINESS IS VERY UNRELIABLE AND JUST THINKS OF THEIR PATIENTS AS A DOLLAR SIGN - UNDERSTAND THAT ***UPDATE: 2 WEEKS LATER AS OF TODAY I ONLY HAVE RECEIVED CONTACT FROM 1 SUPERVISOR. HER NAME IS EMILDA - SHE SUPERVISES THE SOUTHFIELD OFFICE AS WELL AND TOLD ME I WOULD NOT HAVE TO CALL HER THAT SHE WOULD CONTACT ME ASAP AS SHE SAYS SHE IS “NOSY”.I have left a few voicemails for her and Easterseals national office, a worker from the Southfield office claimed to send Emilda an email about the contact I attempted to make. They have all not responded. IF YOU ARE A MEMBER OF EASTERSEALS PLEASE LEAVE THIS CORRUPTED ESTABLISHMENT AND FIND ACTUAL CARE ELSEWHERE. AFTER GETTING TO KNOW THESE PEOPLE AND THEIR HIGH TURNOVER RATES YOU WOULD BE AMAZED TO SEE WHAT OTHER CLINICS CAN OFFER. DO NOT DO A DISSERVICE TO YOURSELF. YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS.* UPDATED AGAIN - THEY STILL HAVE ME IN THEIR SYSTEM AS A PATIENT AFTER SUPPOSEDLY “TERMINATING”Easterseals management Imelda does not hold her word nor does she communicate.Reply to the “owner” : you do realize Imelda contacted me just to tell me she has no idea what happened and that IT couldn’t figure it out either… you never resolved anything you left it empty handed. I remember mentioning how this will be filed as well. That call was logged between me and Imelda personal number. I recently received an appointment invitation with Kelly Boui and I’m not supposed to be receiving services from you people. Nobody has contacted about this, after I left Imelda several messages. Insurance loved to hear that.

Smells horrendous. There must be air fresheners used to cover up stink which just added to the stink. No air purifiers or good air circulation. Had to argue with staff to get a back to back appointment. Good associates otherwise. Friendly. Fast service. Booked a week out which isn't bad. Had a headache from the air fresheners and was wiped out afterward. Not a migraine though. Would rate 4 stars if the air fresheners were gone and carbon filter air purifiers were added. A quarter of the population get headaches, migraines, asthma, eczema, etc from those nasty synthetic scent oils. Definitely not ADA inclusive.

I am incredibly appalled. My partner uses this service and the workers are the absolute most unprofessional and rude. While on the phone trying to figure out what was happening with his script, the woman on the line said "get off my line; you have a problem every month; that has nothing to do with us - figure it out and find another doctor" and so on with the worst attitude and tone. He handled it so well and told me that's essentially his experience every single time. Absolutely disgusting; do better.

Been a patient since 2017 and have had inconsistent care the entire time. Terrible service. Almost no follow up. If you have a problem with your psych or therapist they will just switch you. They frequently close your cases and do not provide therapy to those in extreme emotional medical conditions. Employees and supervisors saying contradicting information. After calling asking to speak to a supervisor I received an end service letter? Totally unprofessional and how do you even report issues if you can’t talk to anyone

This is why people off themselves. Here's my "assessment." The NP is a gaslighting narcissist on the spectrum and the workers that "visit" put a giant mirror up to your life to remind you how awful it is while they collect Medicaid billing units and continue to rot on the inside. Thanks for your help, guys!

They don’t care about their patients. Most of my time is spent asking questions they’re googling and saying “well whatever you want to do” and the therapists cancel consistently minutes before the appointment. I’ve never once felt like they truly cared about my mental health here.

Been waiting 12 months for assistance with housing. Continue to lie about turning paperwork in for assistance and continue to violate hippa and share emails and have people listening in on my therapy sessions via phone. Got fraud going on cause a company through XPrize based in cali focusing on clean water and clean food, employees working there under aliases affecting my ability to function and have housing. Its been 12 months i coulda been on the section 8 list already and been in a place but because they do know what there doing neglecting my care they are not obeying the law. They keep calling me names and including me in a program i dont belong in which is also discrimination and abusive behavior cause ur calling them something there now....im about to lawyer up

Questions go unanswered. Voicemails in the general mailbox go unanswered. I, end up being told that I never left messages, when, in fact I did. When, I bring up concerns and things, I need help with, I get told, what do you want us to do about it. If I had the answers, I would not be seeking assistance and help. That's just the tip of the iceberg. I would not recommend Easterseals Michigan.

They only care, if you are white. That's the truth, in a nutshell. I know of a white girl, was told by another white lady, that Easter Seals pays her rent. When I asked if any such services were available, was told no. I've seen case manager drive all the way out to Waterford to pick up white lady from her house, and bring her to Southfield. When asked if such services were available, was told no. The receptionists are rude, and among the people who work here, they have a very high turnover rate, but are apparently, one of the best places to work at. Yeah, right. People are always retiring or quitting Easter Seals. They don't care. It's better than nothing, but nothing is close to accurate for Easter Seals.

They care more about helping there bottom line than helping you. It's almost surprising how much understand They lack. To be fair They might work for you if poverty isn't something your afflicted with but unfortunately I don't have the luxury being on disability.

This organization helped save my life. Didn't have health insurance but needed help, with therapy, medication, everything. Lindsay Taylor (therapist) has taught me how to cope with life and with trauma, depression, and alcoholism. She has helped me heal. Dr. Schroeder (psychiatrist) gave me the meds I needed to feel normal for the first time in my life. The pharmacists are always helpful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this location and its staff.I highly recommend to anyone seeking help with their mental health and well being.

Horrific experience. Julia Dunn even falsified my Medical Records. Unbelievable.
